Easy to most files from my laptop or phone.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to access files from anywhere.

Sometimes, files are not available online.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't need to be at my desk to access my archive of photos.
Great way to keep multiple devices in sync especially when not on the same OS
What do you like best about the product?
That it can be used on different OS and helps keep my family in sync. Very easy to use with my password manager and is used daily. The addition of online only option helps me save space on the devices where space is a limitation. It is easy for us to share documents with people outside our group as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Before I would have said it was that I had to sync everything but not now. Cost is a bit high so we only have one with the larger space in the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That I don't have to sync my files at home as well as work because both connect and get the current versions

The dropbox must remain open for synchronization to occur.

I can conveniently store numerous files on Dropbox instead of relying on a portable USB drive, eliminating the need to carry it around everywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use, frees up space on my computer and also makes it easy to share items and albums with others. Great product... makes my life easier!

Somtimes I get a random file or request from individuals I don't know in my Dropbox.

Helping with storage issues and ease of sharing large files like photos and videos.
Easy to store and easy to share
What do you like best about the product?
With a paid subscription, I am able to back up my blog on a schedule. We also use it for file transfers that are too large for emails. I have never had an issue with the account. It's been extremely helpful in managing our website project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a bit of a learning curve to sharing files. Sometimes it not apparently where to edit the files. It could be a bit more intutive to make small changes like updating a file name.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to store backups of our website. Dropbox was a priced-right solution for what we needed.

Dropbox easy and user friendly. Can drag and drop and keep all your files in 1 place

File transfer speeds could be slightly higher for uploading.

Storage: Helps to store files, share and use them remotely.

I like going back on history if a document has been saved with incorrect data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using it with mulitple people in the same document at the same time doesn't get a little messy.

I'm not aware currently of any problems they are solving that would directly benefit me.
Dropbox works transparently
What do you like best about the product?
Once I set it, I can forget about it. It works seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I need to make changes, it might not be as easy. Setting up a new machine is not very easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy how drop box transfers data so easy and quickley without hasel. Dropbox also is easlily accessible with online log in and everyday use. The website is also easy to use as is the customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont disike anythin g about dropbox except that the internet interfiers with it at times and i cant upload something.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drop box is helping me sold the issue of not sharing fuiles fast enough or people loosing my files, with drop box i can upload and recieve files within seconds.

It is a bit pricey - $100+ per year is a decent amount of money
