What do you like best about the product?
Great for backing up files. Easy to use.

I want to be able to save old files but dont want to have them taking up room on my computer.

Easy Way to Store and Share Large Files
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of dropbox to be able to share large files that wouldn't fit as an email attachment to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that the storage is limited and they charge for additional storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of when an attachment won't fit in an email, I can upload to dropbox instead and easily share the link with my colleagues.
Good for collab, basic paid features could improve

Dropbox's desktop integration makes collaborating easy.

For the basic paid membership, the history feature ought to cover more.

I am a researcher, so, version control.
Effective, Efficient, and So Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, easy to access and affordable. Very little "training" needed to use dropbox and I can use it from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has gotten a bit à la carte for me when we started it was all inclusive.

Access to my files
Makes saving and sharing files easy
What do you like best about the product?
How its helped me reduce paper clutter! The scan funtionality in the app is so helpful for saving receipts I made need for later and getting rid of the paper copies floating around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the navigation in the desktop doesn't feel very intuitive

Allowing me to stay more organized without paper files. Making it easy to share photos and with others.

Really nice to have everything accessible on all devices you login on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while Dropbox will not sync across computers which can cause issues at work when you find out you weren't using the most updated version of document "XYZ".
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration across devices with coworkers. Simplifies sharing documents and saves time.
Solid Tool for Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to share larger images and files with our vendors and media companies. Google Drive always seems to fall into that trap of obtaining access which is highly annoying, but Dropbox eliminates that with one public link.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial dashboard is a bit clunky and difficult to find the download feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to store all of our large-format files allowing an easy-to-access locale that I can share with employees and outside vedors and media outlets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's relatively easy to upload and store/share documents. It is useful in my law and mediation practice, especially when sharingcovery documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free version only allows for 3 "senvelopes" or sends per month for digital signatures. It also does not allow for a notary to e-sign.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a greater volume of documents to be sent apart from traditional email.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and to keep files organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
An inconvenience is to remeber what files are shared online and those that are not. It happened to need a file and it was not shared and I had no acees to the internet.

Computer HD space and as a backup.
