An Essential and Reassuring Service
What do you like best about the product?
Information on devices can get lost or corrupted and it is reassuring that I know that Dropbox is providing a resilient back up to all of my key information. The ease of use is quite high.
What do you dislike about the product?
In terms of privacy, it would be helpful if items from the last 7 days could be deleted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure back-up of key documents

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for 10 years now and I love the security I feel of (1) having the backup I need in case something happens to my personal computer and (2) being able to access my needed documents anywhere. It's easy to use, having had to reinstall a couple times over the years with new computer equipment, I've never had a problem with installation. It is my primary use of saving and sharing files.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only dislike is the cost. When I started saving my personal photos in Dropbox, I had to increase my monthly/annual cost. I'm sure there are easier photo saving sites, but I like having my photos accessible where all my files are too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of sharing essentially.
Great value for peace of mind
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox gives me peace of mind that I can access important files and save precious digital memories. By being able to access my files and folders I know that my workstation can be anywhere in the world. It's straightforward to set up and I can use it with my Remarkable digital notepad too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The account settings are cumbersome and I struggle to change the main email account for signin

Sync Person are easy to delete and change the data and file and large fills and shared folders and its need fast network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we recieved the file from another device that is difficult but when the dropbox is intstall in this deviceand sync file then we easily use the file from another device .

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox stands out for its user-friendly interface and intuitive design. The platform is incredibly easy to navigate, even for first-time users. Its clean layout and logical organization make uploading, sharing, and managing files a seamless experience. I particularly appreciate how smooth the syncing is across multiple devices, which ensures that my work is always up to date no matter where I access it.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Dropbox excels in usability, the biggest downside for me is the limited amount of free storage available. As a light user who doesn’t need a premium plan, I often find myself running out of space quickly. It would be more convenient if the free tier included a bit more storage or occasional promotional expansions for loyal users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been instrumental in solving the challenge of real-time collaboration across teams working from different locations. It allows multiple users to access, edit, and comment on shared documents seamlessly, which enhances team productivity and reduces version control issues. This has made coordination much easier, especially when handling time-sensitive projects or sharing large files that can’t easily be emailed.

The seamlessness and dependability of the application and the cross platform support for all kinds of devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Device level backups need to be more configurable. It is great that we can backup several folders on multiple devices at a time. But I would appreciate it better if we are able to rename things and move files around more easily between devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a startup in the IT service industry domain. Hence, we have huge dependancy on the data being generated on a regular basis, which includes design assets, code files, etc. Hence, it is critical for our functioning to be able to

An easy to use prodct
What do you like best about the product?
The UI of dropox is very clean and features provided is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While editing text in dropbox paper finding options to make text a heading, bold etc is hard, a edit bar can be provided at the top of the paper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To document my work easily and store it in a cloud based valut is an amazing feature provided by dropbox.
