  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The synching is nearly seamless, unlike other services that I've used I've never encountered any kind of redundancy with my files. Easy to integrate with other services as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is clunky, as is the document web editor
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to carry my files with me across multiple devices and, especially as I work on curatorial work, to share multimedia file seamlessly with colleagues

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Universally recognized. Makes it an easy choice for smooth collaborations when you need to share files across multiple users and multiple organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real downside I've seen to using Dropbox is the free plan doesn't sync across enough devices. The paid plan is the way to go if you want to sync across many devices
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes it very easy to share items that are larger than my email limitations amongst multiple users. Is benefits me by saving time and energy.

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of editing a variety of documents in Dropbox through my computer's folder system. I like that unlike some other cloud based sharing, Dropbox seems agnostic to the type of files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the unexpected messages to casual users stating that they must purchase a higher leve of Dropbox beacuse they are accessing a Dropbox owned by me or somone who is using a paid version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure collaboration and knowledge base sharing.

Great product, and gives me solid peace of mind

  • March 16, 2024

What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Dropbox is that it's just so easy, it takes a while to upload your files on initial set up, but once it's done it's a set and forget system. It's great and gives me massive peace of mind, knowing that all of my files are backed up should the worst happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can sometimes be a bit clunky and feel slightly outdated, so a facelift here would be really beneficial
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
