What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for nearly 15 years, since it's inception. It has gone through so many changes but has always kept the main thing the main thing - solid cloud-based file storage that is easily accesible and collaborative. My business requires that client files be accesible not just through the applications I use, but also to clients themselves. This is where Dropbox shines. While services like iCloud and Google Drive have brought some good features, I think Dropbox will still be crowned king in the collaboration area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's impossible to avoid, the pricing is most difficult. It's not so much the price itself, but the chosen pricing tiers that make it difficult to find the right fit. I would love to see a "custom" plan where the user can dynamically choose how much storage and cost fits their budget. This is key for smaller businesses who don't have the capital.
Additionally, the desktop app is abysmal. The amount of time Dropbox took to get a working MacOS app for Apple Silicon was more than disrupptive. I would expect a product this good to have the best desktop app on the market. It doesnt.

Dropbox gives us a quick and easy way to share client files quickly and in a semi-whitelable environment that fits our brand. Sharing dropbox links instead of attaching documents is the way to go.
Addditionally, dropbox allows for sharing of folders with clients which allows both parties access to a collection of files.
Lastly, file requests allow our design dept to request files direct from clients and provide them with a web-drop to send files to our offices. This prevents emailing of large files back and forth.

Dropbox is convenient and easily accessible from all devices.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is that there are so many features and options to use such as the signature feature and scan and upload feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to download documents before being able to attach them. I would like to be able to attach them straight from Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stores all of my client files and I am able to scan and upload documents.
Dropbox is highly accessable which makes things easy
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using dropbox for years. I like that I can edit videos in the app now and access my files via my phone, tablet or desktop. I like the fact that I can easily file and organize my folders and easily give my team members access to whatever I choose...or keep private if I like too. I mainly use it for storage, but also use it to drop video onto my phone for social media posting or upload video from my phone to my desktop/external drive. And now you can edit video within the app. Very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about dropbox is the price. A lot of my peers use google drive or wetransfer (free) and I think dropbox should be more cost effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage and transfer of large files, I use it to transfer video not taken on my phone. I use it as a place my team can drop files or I can upload files for them.
Convenient for storage and sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to store and share files with others. I use the app on my mobile phone too, which is great for accessing what I need wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike hearing from people that I've shared files with that they have a problem accessing. This usually only happens when someone else doesn't already have a dropbox account or has forgotten how to sign in to their account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to work collaboratively on large files from clients such as videos or powerpoint presentations that need editing. I also have used Dropbox to store audiofiles and I like how easy it is to listen to them on my mobile phone. I also use dropbox for signing agreements. I am still testing out the new dropbox capture feature. I'm excited that this could replace another tool that I am using and paying for. I use that for helping my clients see progress or for mini training videos on how to do something online.
Great Storage
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Dropbox is the albility to share documents, files, etc. It's also a convienent wait to share with other users, even across the globe! I've used Dropbox to store photos and also to work on a spreadsheet/collaborate it with people across the work. It's great to use not only online, but to download as well. I use it almost every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox can be a little tricky occasionally. Also, it's hard to figure out whether I should go for the paid version on stick with the free. They upgraded their website recently and in my opion, they should have stuck with the tried and true other version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is great for storage - I recently ran out of storage on my computer, so it has been helpful to use as a backup. I was able to upload important documents, spreadsheets, etc. I trust that Dropbox will be a great storage option.
Gets the Job Done!
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is good across the browser, desktop, and app versions - I think it's better than Google Drive in look, ease of use, and ease of sharing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't render results when I search within a specific folder on the desktop app, so I have to search the full computer, which necessitates weeding through irrelevant files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can access my files across devices and don't lose my work
