Drop box experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Dropbox let me keep my digital files in one place and keeps me organized

I don't like that I have a storage limit

It is solving me having trouble finding my digital files and it benefits me because it's easy to share files with my co workers

I've been a dropbox user since they began.. of I'm not mistaken, it was one of the first online storage back then. Up till now, i am still with them and very much happy

Can't think of anything at the moment apart from the small size of the free tier

It makes it easier for collaboration.... my team is bi-coastal and overseas. Sharing files and ideas is the main reason why we use Dropbox

Initial GUI for mobile is not the easiest to navigate... but doable

Dropbox has been very useful in sharing and storing files for my self and church.

I like how I'm now able to connect with my gmail to quickly share files.

What do you like best about the product?
Fairly simple. Easy to use interface. I was never forced into using the product. It's just there like a folder on my computer to drop stuff in.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with everything, I wish it were cheaper. Deduplication features to save space and optional lossless compression of graphics would be nice.

Sharing files between computer systems as well as archival storage of some data.

Easy to use, organize into folders, and sync accross various devices.

The only thing I don't like is not being able to change the color of the folders

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fact that they contacted us when our one year term expired. They emailed us, we paid again and all seemed okay. The fact that they contact you, instead of you remembering to contact them is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We renewed for a year and made the relevant payment. However, we then received an email to say that they would be debiting the account again in April 2024. This is not right, but we don't know how to contact Dropbox about it becuase the email is from a noreply email address.

We are managing to save our important documents.
