What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox allows me access to each of my clients' content in one place. It's easy to navigate, download from, and search through. I love using the app specifically. It's also a great tool for creating folders and sharing with others. I use it basically every day, on the go, all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the loading and downloading times aren't optimal. I also am not the biggest fan of the desktop version and wish it was a bit easier to use, specifically when sharing folders with others who may not have DropBox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves my problems for sharing and storing content from and for my clients. It's also a great tool to store images and videos from previous years and to be able to go back at a later date and access it.

Overall a quite perfect way of sharing files

  • March 16, 2024
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to store files from various devices and reach them from anywhere you need and want makes it really powerful and flexible. It's perfect to have as a nice backup in of lost or malfunctioning devices as well. Having the web interface always available makes it perfect to use on a day by day basis.

Installing it is easy and also the possibility of selecting what to sync makes it a breeze to adapt to the device in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that there sometimes can be a bit of sync errors, resulting in duplication of files. Also, it can be a bit cumbersome to reach the files after the restructuring that was done a year or so ago, but that also applies to the way macOS handles things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily sharing documents and various sorts of files between my team members makes it a perfect collaboration tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Many of my clients use Dropbox so the advantages is that it's user-friendly in that familiar way. It's also set up well for organization as well as collaboration, whether that's editing or just sharing documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't find it quite as intuitive as some other platforms if you've never used it before.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files and editing collaboratively.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to easily access files seamlessly across platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot although the user interface can be a little confusing especially I've noticed to new users, and the UX design is pretty dated feeling.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple people needing access to folders and file at the same time and it works great
