Easy way to have your files everywhere you go
What do you like best about the product?
That I can have my files anywhere and sync them to the computers I normally use

The search engine is not that good and it would be nice to hace a feature to backup my iphone

I don't need to carry with me any storage devices.
Also I have a lot of old files in there that even if I forget, they are still there to be accesed

The uploading and downloading is really fast, probably the fastest in the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
Weird indexing all your uploaded data, so uploading any sensitive data may not be the best idea. (or only with encryption)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating via dropbox is easy and quick, better than a Microsoft or Google product.
Very helpful as a filmmaker.

I love how easy it is to share footage with colleagues and friends alike, it's so nice to have a space to put my clips and photos without it clogging up my email storage.

Dropbox's user interface could be more intuitive. I often struggle to find things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of collaborative access to documents, images, and videos. It's a great one-stop way to get everyone on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox sync is perhaps one of the integral aspect of my work as a researcher. I have many collaborative projects handling terabytes of data. Dropbox allows for a simple and smooth data transfer, sharing with colleagues important documents. Most importantly, having faced laptop/work computer crashing, Dropbox backup has saved me from losing important files. With Dropbox I have managed to be back to pre-crash stage within few hours!
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of one right now. Perhaps one suggestion could be to include a on-site compression to allow to store old data without sacrificing too much memory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data is power. Dropbox sync gives me the peace of mind that my data is saved, secure and easily sharable.

It is reliable, fast in syncing, keep some of the files only online

APIs for developers and so far no trouble ( 5+ years completed ).
We work with schools and all their media contents are stored in dropbox.
We moved to dropbox from cloud storage to save space.

Fast and Accessible
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a graphic designer and Dropbox is my go-to for transferring client files. It's fast to upload and its layout means it's accessible, with the files laid out in folders etc rather than just sent individually

Sometimes it glitches when sending links and it requests permission instead of granting access

Simple to use, popolar and used by many users so I can make it excelent tool to share files with customers and remote team members. relayble, I'm using Dropbox for years and never had issues.

Computer resources usage, Dropbox uses lots of computer memory and it slows down my machine load time

Dropbox allows my to share data and files accrose my devices (personal computers and mobile devices), it has support for all the environment I need (Mac OS support is not perfect) It is also very popular service so it is simple and relayble way to share data with remote team and customers

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is amazing as you can log in from anywhere and any laptop or computer. It syncs with your own Dropbox on any device. You have plenty of free storage and you can also buy more storage if ever needed. I love my Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you save thousands of photos you will eventually run out of space and you would then need to pay monthly for an upgrade. Wish it was all for free. If you hit the limit you have to remove items which is a bit of a bummer if you can't afford the upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves issues if one of my devices is not available. I can access my Dropbox from any computer.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share files of any size size easily with our clients. It's quick and hassle free.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the share option isn't available when using Dropbox in finder and that can be frustrating. I have to restart Dropbox or use the browser version.

Getting large files to our clients easily. Sharing project folders with our team and any collaborators.
