Great for creative writers
What do you like best about the product?
I just like how easy it is for me to access my work from anywhere. I also write on a program that backs up everything on dropbox and allows me to write on the app on my phone. Also when I need to share my work with someone, Dropbox makes it easy with the links it provides
What do you dislike about the product?
The price, it's low but you can't beat free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of balls in the air and I can't always be at my desk to get my work done, so dropbox allows me to access my work and get things done on the go
Super convenient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to organize, drag and drop, and search for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing when sharing folders, if the owner of the folder has loads of space, but the shared user doesn't, then it hinders the ease of sharing.

Needing to share large files quickly, easily, and securely.

totally automated. Once setup it backs up all my photos, files etc with ease automagically

Occasionally it freezes and I have to restart it.

It's very easy to share links and drop in comments.

Moving files from folders to different folders can be annoying.

It's a very inuitive tool and simple to share with collaborators. I also love that I can backup my computer on it.
lots of storage for the price

most affordable option to get a 2TB of storage versus icloud or google drive

it takes a long time to load videos sometime to play

Great, everything is synced and utilizing files from multiple platforms is seamless

Simplicity and ease of use. Phone, check. Computer check, multiple devices, all synced

Price, not the friendliest cost. A lot of features are not needed. Just give me space and overall protection.

Comfort for not losing your documents
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that I can share files/folders with others. I also enjoy the the sorage capacity, and am comforted that my pictures/documents won't be lost if my devices are.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that it requires full space on the computer/device if you want to access all the folders, otherwsie you need to go through online.

Dissemintating information to large groups. Sharing access to photos.
Dropbox Continues to be best in class
What do you like best about the product?
I like the usability of Dropbox and how easy it is to set up shareable links and move throughout the account portal. Every issue that I have encountered was able to be figured out quickly by their customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of money Dropbox makes you pay for upgraded account features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving many problems but allowing my team to take in documents and other things such as photos through a shareable link.
Safety and Reliability
What do you like best about the product?
Very secure in retrieving your saved files. You just find whatever you left there exactly as it should be anywhere at anytime on any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I have to pay to get more space for cloud storage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is making sure you can retrieve any file at anytime in times of need. For example I couldn't recall somewhere I kept a document when I needed it, then I recalled I saved a soft copy on Dropbox box . I just had to login, get the file, and attend an interview successfully.
