What do you like best about the product?
As a professional photographer, Dropbox's efficiency stands out — it simplifies the process of sharing large files with clients and collaborators. The user interface is intuitive, which makes navigation and file management straightforward. The reliability of service means I can trust my deliverables will reach my clients without hiccups, maintaining the integrity of my business's professionalism.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Dropbox excels in file sharing, I feel there's a missed opportunity in terms of presentation. For a photography business like mine, how images are displayed to clients is crucial. I'd love to see more robust display features for a more visually engaging experience, such as improved gallery views and customizable client portals for a tailored viewing experience.

Perfect work tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Gropbox because all of my important documents are always available wherever I am. If I need a copy of an ID or I forgot an important information that I need to look up for work, Dropbox is always there to help. I also like how easy it is to install, and how intuitive it is to work with. Much more reliable than any other cloud service out there in that price range!
What do you dislike about the product?
It somewhat troubles me to know that all the data stored uses a lot of energy, and that now more than ever we need to be more carefull with our energy consumption
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Dropbox I dont need to use VPNs, transfer links or external memories anymore. All is securely and conveniently stored in oke place
Always works
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very reliable. It works across multiple platforms, has a reasonable web interface and is separate from your operating system. OneDrive is horrible, since it takes over your folders and you have no idea where our files are. iCloud is unreliable and has no indicator what it is doing. You cannot press "sync" anywhere. With Dropbox, you don't need to. It shows what it is syncing and how long that takes. It is very well integrated in the Finder and Windows Explorer. The family plan for 6 accounts and €170/y is very enticing. I will switch to that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new online-only feature freezes my Mac when pretending a file is on the disk when in reality it isn't. Turning that off solved a lot but it took me a while. Some features like the Office badge are obnoxious but can be turned off. Also, Dropbox wants to make kernel-level mods to my Mac which I don't like either. The agressive pushing of extra features is also a bit much. I would also very much like a 1TB option for $50/year.
