Great for my business
What do you like best about the product?
The most important things about Dropbox for me are that it maintains folder structure for my files, manages all types of file fomats and shares easily. It is a must for my business. I use it daily and prefer it to OneDrive for it's flexibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downfall for me is not being able to change how I see the files (view).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share folders with clients in a specified way.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been a stable platform from the very beginning, one of the first cloud storage solutions. It was always very easy to use and implement especially since using the product every day was a very important aspect of the product. I was able to implement the product into many of my coworkers daily use, integrating it into our existing scheme at that time. I has a lot of features I use such as the system tray app which works really well. Can't say much about their customer support because the program has always worked so I never really had a chance to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost associated with storage is somewhat higher than the free education version of Drive and Onedrive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic sharing of files is really easy

What do you like best about the product?
We like the file storage and sharing capabilities. And the amount of storage that we can have for our business helps us not to worry about storing photos, documents, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
My PC can only handle syncing so many files on the local drive. Would be nice to have access to all my DB files on my PC.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I feel my documents and photos are secure on Dropbox. My files and photos upload to Dropbox effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know of any downsides to using Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to share documents and files with co-workers no matter where they are or what device they are accessing at the time.
Easy way to share documents
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox allows me to use Word and other Microsoft programs and share them without forcing me to use a new platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, dropbox has not been synccing immediately between my comupters.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the "olden days" I would create a document at work, then bring a paper copy home to work on it. Then I found Dropbox, which allowed me to work on a document at my place of employment, then pull up the same document at home and work on it, and I'd have the changes in the document already when I returned to the document at work the following day. Now, other platforms provide some of those same benefits, but Dropbox allows me to use Microsoft programs and does not force me tolearn an entirely new format.
Plentiful storage and access to other apps
What do you like best about the product?
Can upload new docs and access them from email and other apps. Can do PDF and scan docs
What do you dislike about the product?
Photos don't auto download like Google photos. Sometimes I got over hundred photos and need to wait for them upload while opening the app

I like that DropBox helps me deliver files to clients that are often too big for email to happen. It's also secure, so sensitive information is not exposed.

The pricing is a touch higher than I would like.

Dropbox solves the problem of how to deliver files that are too big for email to clients.
Convenient and easy to manage
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is easy to use and manage. Sharing via link is super convenient to give viewing access. I use Dropbox everyday and collaborate with several different teams using this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox sometimes does not give sufficient warning that someone else is in the document resulting in duplicate copies of a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of sharing many files for different work locations seamlessly. A team working in different states can quickly and easily access your documents without clogging up email with large files.
Works well when you have to share very large files.

The ability to have my assistant see and use the files as needed.

Choosing files to share is cumbersome to me

The one service I’ve been using for years
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Drop Box now for a long time. Many years! It's had its ups and downs but I'm so glad I've stuck to it. It holds so much of my work over the years it's wonderful I can access everything so easily and share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes when I download a folder that the file fails to compress and download. I usually have to change browser to get it to work. But it works in the end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to share photos and documents easily and it saves much time. I also travel a lot and can access everything very easily from my phone and share it easily too.
