So Easy to Use. Helpful Support.
What do you like best about the product?
Industry standard, easy to use (I'm on a MacBook Pro). Easy to access via my iPhone or MacBook Pro. Support, the few times I've needed it, were very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's a great service/product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dependable option for storing and accessing my files wherever I am.
Drop Box has worked quite well for me!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been versatile, reliable, and easy to use. I appreciate the transparency with which files and other data are managed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that paying almost double for the same space to share with family is a bad model. It would be different if the amount of space allotted also doubled, but there is no point to this when we can share folders from our individual paid accounts and get 4TB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy, reliable collaboration without other interference from trying to be all things to all people.
Excellent file sharing spot
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use and the service is reliable. It perfectly fits my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The constant entreaties to upgrade to a more expensive version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The files I need to share too large for email.
Everything, Everywhere, All in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Dropbox allows you to have more storage than most competitors. It's also more lightweight and has more features that I did not expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that Dropbox had more storage for the free version, seems like you can't do a lot unless you have a paid subscription from the get-go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is allowing me and multiple other collaborators to be able to pull all of our resources and all of our assets into one place that is interconnected and able to accommodate for our needs for the ever-growing content library.
The best cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Dropbox for more than a decade. It simply works. I've tried other options but none of them works the same way as Dropbox. It's fast, reliable and secure. I use it mainly for backing up my phone photos in a daily basis but also as a backup storage for the most important documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox should offer plans with less storage. Not everyone wants/needs to pay for 2TB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
File sharing and collaboration are the main key points. I've been using it since university and those are my primary requirements.
DropBox is my go-to storage platform
What do you like best about the product?
The feasibility to upload photos from my phone and access them on the web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is a bit clunky on the web version. It is not as intuitive and the flow feels off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to organize my personal photos/videos and allow me to access them on multiple devices.
Lightweight, easy to use, and reliable cloud

Dropbox is a lightweight and reliable tool that’s great for both cloud sharing and local file sync. It runs smoothly on desktop and mobile, making it easy to access your files anywhere. Sharing data with others is straightforward, and you always stay in control of what you’re sharing. Probably the best option out there for simple, effective file management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitations on the number of devices you can sync
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share documents and folders with colleagues
Great way to share files with our team and clients

My Go-To for File Storage and Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of storage and easy sharing capabilities are incredible. I truly couldn’t run my business without it. I am able to share files easily, and store them on my computer, or offload them so I save space. All around content with this service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Just the inability to preview offline files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storing files offline to save space and easily sharing files with clients and collaborators
Good at what it does, but missing important features
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, navigate, share and sync across multiple platforms.
I'm happy with the amount of space I get for the price, and it beats out the competitors with the intuitive UI and ability to customize which files are synced locally or used online-only.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are limits on privacy.
For one, Dropbox previously had the "vault," which was a useful tool to separate both professional and personal files, but also added a layer of security for sensitive work files that might otherwise easier to access. Since removing that feature, I've had to move all of that information to another program that has that baked in.
It is also constantly suggesting files or showing what has been recently modified, and due to the nature of my work, meant clients would see previews of projects I had been working on for other clients/competitors.
Separately, the video player is awful and has problems playing common codecs and longer videos.
Not the professional tool I thought and hoped it was.
