What do you like best about the product?
It is so helpful and convenient. I use it quite often on my mobile phone and it's really easy to use, comes in handy and one of my favorite apps. I do recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thng, if I had to pick, would be the subscription cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My files at my fingertips. I use it most often when applying for jobs and having my resume and other documents readily available to reference, print, attach, etc. it's really helpful.
Always convenient and user friendly for anyone to use.

Hidden tabs that aren't easy to find when looking for a feature.

I've had it for a very long time, what I like best is the organization of elements on the page

It doesn't always upload efficiently. And it really isn't much different from free options like google drive

The web brewisng is not that good as the mobile app , need some focus to keep it sommth in using

there was a lot of modifications in the mobile app , which was helpfull to make the the daily usage sommth.

Many different features, my most favorite feature is the dropbox transfer

Dropbox sign is confusing to use and not user friendly, need more features also

Reliable access, safe and confidential. Accessible from both online and off line.

Integrating with other cloud providers. Migration to others.

Accessibility.
It's good for file storage but could be improved. Not great for photo organization at all.
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing is pretty seamless most of the time. Especially good on desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Camera Uploads sometimes don't sync unless the app is open. And the Photos folder does not offer any kind of gallery view, photo organization, sharing or editing features. Files cannot be edited by two people at the same time without possibility of saving over your coworkers work. Live docs that people can work together on and save at the same time (like google docs) would be nice to add.

Sharing and storing files. Being able to view them on all of my devices.

Sharing everywhere. I use Dropbox for almost 10 years now. I love it.

Limited space. I always thinking about upgrading.

Dropbox is the one stop platform/solution for digital storage (digital media, photos, assets etc.)
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and intuitive DropBox is! I've been a member/subscriber for years and find DropBox is the best in the industry for storing digital media. Its also super easy to share such files and create organized folders to better manage content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't too many things to dislike about Dropbox in my personal opinion. It really has saved me many times. The one thing I wish it had (and maybe it does have this feature but I dont know about it) but would love to be able to add keywords and tags to photos to easily search for content (without the keywords necessarily being in the file name itself). This would save me a lot of time searching but otherwise I love DropBox!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem is finding a place to store impotant media and files to be utilzied in the future and DropBox solves this problem by allowing me to easily organize files and media within folders and also search for such folders as needed. This has benefited me by saving me lots of time, helped me to find important files in a quick time frame, and also share slideshows, videos, and other content with clients, colleagues, managment etc.
Reliable solution that works
What do you like best about the product?
It's seamless across my computers and devices. I keep all my client files, fully photos and novels there and trust that those valuable things won't be lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like a price in between what I pay and the free version.

I keep client files (design, writing) for years and can easily search and share items from the archive.
