What do you like best about the product?
Cloud hard drive that i can access anywhere
What do you dislike about the product?
All features are working fine for me but the subscription fees are high
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve the issue of data loss and likited access to PC
Best for keeping my devices in sync
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been my goto for file-sharing across my devices. It makes file copying and downloading seamless. Especially on my Windows PC, as it appears and works just like a folder. The other storage tools I use, don't have that good integration outside browser or native apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel Dropbox could have a better file manager with categorised filters and nsights, just like mobile/PC file manager has. Not a dealbreaker, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my files in sync effortlessly. Copying and uploading/downloading files is quite intuitive for a regular user.

What do you like best about the product?
I like havine a document storage system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know exactly how to retrieve or upload documents once they are in Dropbox. I've tried to reach out to your customer service to no avail.

It's storing my documents
A dependable method for storing important and personal files by Cloud.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface on both phone app (Android OS) and on the website. Also enjoy being able to access my files across different devices. I use DropBox on my phone and/or PC everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitation on devices on account due to being on a free plan. Also, I've consistently used Dropbox for over 8 years now, so it would be nice to receive storage space upgrades from time to time due to loyalty, not strictly on money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a main place to access documents and the ease of sharing it with colleagues, whether or not they have a Dropbox account.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes version control and collaboration easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Live editing would be helpful, like in Google docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access content across devices, and work together with others is helpful.
My storage for everything
What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Dropbox is how easy it is to use across multiple devices and platforms. My files are always just a couple of clicks away.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it still eats into my laptop storage space when syncing files locally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to have files and documents ready for new members to pull from quick July to get them up to speed.
Superb storage and collaborative space
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to acess my folders from any machine; choice of doing it via web interface or syncing storage via Dropbox App - I use a Mac and the latter is my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything. So far I'm satisfied with evertyhing.

Large files that we can't email to clients.

Dropbox effectively addresses the problem of file accessibility across different platforms and geographic locations, making remote collaboration seamless. It benefits me by streamlining the process of sharing large files and ensuring that all team members have the latest versions of documents, thereby enhancing productivity and project coordination.
A tool we can't live without
What do you like best about the product?
We get to store all our documents, articles, invoices, and photos for our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually none. It is user friendly and we can easily locate our files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always create contents and blogs and we have a lot of files including write ups, research and photos and making it available or share with others makes it easier to access the files and collaborate.
