Easy to use and game-changer for remote work
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to sync your files automatically and seamlessly work off of multiple devices without a hitch. iPad? Laptop? Desktop? Phone? I can save anything or download anything from my Dropbox account within seconds through the app. Without having to go online! Like I said, game-changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. I trust Dropbox and have been a subscriber for a while. But with more storage and sometimes for free - it's tempting to cancel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work remotely and it serves a key purpose with cloud share I can work from anywhere.
Not even remotely a good value. Costs way to much for what you get

Being able to share information with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Costs way too much for what you get. Not at all a good value. Also, I have never once had a smooth encounter with customer service. It's always a hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not noticed a single change in Dropbox since I started using it several years ago. If they are working at making it better, I have not noticed. They should try harder.
Great cloud storage, clunky UI
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility of storing docs on cloud is the best thing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited amount of storage with the free plan. And the clunky and slow UX. I feel it can be a lot better.

It's giving my company folk access to docs on the cloud securely.

I like how easy it is to collaborate and how safe my files are. I use it constantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes permissions get confused, and I need to clean up the way files are saved.

It makes it super easy to collaborate with the whole team, share files in a flash, and make sure all my work is safe and sound.

All features are working fine for me but the subscription fees are high

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been my goto for file-sharing across my devices. It makes file copying and downloading seamless. Especially on my Windows PC, as it appears and works just like a folder. The other storage tools I use, don't have that good integration outside browser or native apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel Dropbox could have a better file manager with categorised filters and nsights, just like mobile/PC file manager has. Not a dealbreaker, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep my files in sync effortlessly. Copying and uploading/downloading files is quite intuitive for a regular user.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface on both phone app (Android OS) and on the website. Also enjoy being able to access my files across different devices. I use DropBox on my phone and/or PC everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limitation on devices on account due to being on a free plan. Also, I've consistently used Dropbox for over 8 years now, so it would be nice to receive storage space upgrades from time to time due to loyalty, not strictly on money.

Having a main place to access documents and the ease of sharing it with colleagues, whether or not they have a Dropbox account.

Live editing would be helpful, like in Google docs.
