What do you like best about the product?
Using it to back up my many mobile photos from different devices.

I can't think of any, maybe price? I can alsways take a better price.

With new cloud like Google which is integrated , it seems like using drop box is an extra step

We have workers all over the world and having access to files from anywhere really makes a difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have multiple accounts with Dropbox and someone tries to share a folder with you, you may not have the correct account synced up so you cannot access the folder. It would be helpful to be able to easily switch between accounts at that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to access files from anywhere on the planet, whether or not we have our primary computer with us.
Everything in one place, safe and secure! I use it too little though, but changes coming up in 2024!

Sharing with friends and family, but keeping your files safe and sound!

Haven't experience anything untoward to dislike.

Dropbox makes client review, collaboration, and file transferring easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally buggy when creating new folders through the website instead of app. Website's interface feels a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting high quality and large sized files to clients without needing to ship them a physical hard drive.
Dropbox helps me work on the go.

Keeps my images in order by date. Ease of use.

When sharing files and the other user delets an image, it is deleted from all folders.

Dropbox allows me to share large sized images without compromising the quality. .

Nothing to be honest, it serves a purpose and I never have any issues.

I like that's it's easy to download or upload

I don't like that it can't instantly sync with certain folders in my computer and I have to manually load files for backup

Easy way to share files with others without having to do email and risk hacking by outsider unauthotized users

I love the interface. It's easy to use and esthetically appealing. It's easy to use on different devices.

You have to pay to get more space, but no complaints otherwise.

What I like best about Dropbox is that it makes it extremely easy for me as a photographer to share my work with my clients and, at the same time, keep a backup in the cloud.

Sometimes some clients complain that they have the free service and they've used up all their space.

It solves the problem of having to go to my clients and give them a memory stick with the photographs!
