One of the original cloud storage services, still works well, but a lot more competition now
What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use, works on all platforms, useful windows client as well as universal browser UI

After free tier, which has major limitations, cost escalates considerably for an individual or small team, better options for larger enterprises

Lets me share across devices, and share with collegues

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to find any of my downloads and pictures in one spot, rather than spending valuable time and stressing over not being able to find the files I need!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't find useful is the sharing with teammates feature but only because I don't have any real need for that. It's a big part of why I choose not pay for any added features, as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes finding my files and pictures much easier for me. I have ADHD and organizational skills don't come easy to me.
A great place to save and share content
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can keep my content in Dropbox instead of my harddrive and it's easy to get to wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's anything I don't like about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to easily save and share content for different organizations right from my phone, which means I don't have to be at my home computer to be able to do things when I'm at different jobs.

Nothing I can think of but maybe that ot crashes sometimes and/or becomes unresponsive. Only happened a couple of times

Sharing file to a group
Allows for access of files from any device seamlessly.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to upload personal and work documents from at home, on the go, and from work without having to worry about how I am going to access them from another device.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are not any major downsides that I can think of but I do not use dropbox for anything except for file documentation for both personal and work documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share work documents with clients where they can only view the files I am sharing without them editing them.
Useful for Multiple Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can keep documents on my PC, share them to Dropbox, and then access them via my iPhone whenever I want.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the free account storage limits are too low.

Dropbox solves my need to access documents on multiple devices or share them with other people on the go.

It seems easy to use. I really don't know much about it so ease of use is important to me. Some sites just open and save documents there and they are easy to access. I really haven't seen any downdmsides
