Fabulous cloud storage and sharing capabilities!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Dropbox is having access to my files on any device, and the ability to share them with others in a secure way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any downsides to Dropbox. Solid service!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a lot of documents that I need to access on the go and sometimes to share easily.
Had Dropbox Pro for a Decade!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Dropbox because it allows me to rest assured all my files are safe in the cloud. It's utility on various devices makes it easy to access my files. I've had Dropbox Pro for a decade and will never get rid of my subscription!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to back up a NAS device to Dropbox or vice versa and backup Dropbox to a NAS device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to ensure my files are safe and secure in the cloud in case a device fails.
Outstanding product!
What do you like best about the product?
Syncing to my multiple devices is simple. Being able to access my documents from anywhere makes my job a breeze. Sharing a link instead of emailing large files is much easier. I pay for more gigs of storage and find the investment well worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly? Nothing. Even recovering my password is easy

My customers like to see pictures of our product and sharing a link is easier than emailing large files
Reliability is key
What do you like best about the product?
Email has limits in terms of size of files. Dropbox is a perfect solution
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation is WiFi access. Ease of use is possible when you can get online.

Allowing us to share dailies and cuts of a film

I like the concept. I do think it's a great product to save space if I wanted to delete them from computer

but it’s much easier for me to upload a file from my computer than having to log in every single time I need it uploaded. I found myself less inclined to use it unless I needed to

When I want to send someone a file and want their feedback, it was helpful to collobrativly work on it
A great tool for teams and professionals working with large file libraries
What do you like best about the product?
The sync of files across devices is the future I use the most. I've been a paid user for the last 7 years and is now the only place where I host important files.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web app could be better, and providing direct download links is a must.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work across 5-6 personal devices, mobile and desktop. This is an unfallible tool to keep everything updated and centralized.
Dropbox is great, secure, easy to use, share & sign confidential docs!

Easy to use, secure & helped me to streamline the process of reviewing, executing and sharing confidential information/ docs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside about Dropbox is when others aren't willing to try it out- if they don't regularly utilize with their companies/ biz procedures.

User friendly and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice knowing that all my memories (aka pictures) are always in a safe place and easily accessible anywhere I go. Hard copies can be difficult in safekeeping and not easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scrolling through tons of folders dating back in 1990s and not able to find a specific picture quickly enough.
