What do you like best about the product?
Convenience of having all files in one location.

Logging in takes some time and can cause a delay.

What do you like best about the product?
The ubiquity of the services across devices is most helpful. I love being able to easily pull up documents whether on a mobile device or laptop. Things are where I expect them to be, and as I expect them. In addition, Dropbox is constantly innovating and adding features, which is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox sometimes exhibits glitches across devices which make it hard to search for or download documents. In addition, the cost is steep relative to other cloud-based storage solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to store documents and easily reference files from more than a decade ago, even when the original devices upon which they were created are long gone, is a very powerful feature set. For me, Dropbox is a true product, not just a feature, as Steve Jobs once put it.

I do not use it very often, but it stores large files for both my work and an organization that I am involved in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems complicated to me, but I have not spent the time required to understand the features.

Dropbox allows me to seamlessly backup all my files, and I can access them across all my devices.

I haven't experienced any downsides yet.

I can easily file share with my clients, while maintaining file folder structure. Other digital asset management systems will display individual files, but not the file folder.

No dislikes. It's really straightforward and the interface is intuitive.

I've had an exceptionally positive experience with Dropbox. Its seamless login process across various devices is noteworthy, ensuring easy access to my files at all times. The cloud storage feature is particularly valuable, efficiently managing space on my computer. Sharing files is remarkably easy, allowing for hassle-free collaboration and file distribution. Dropbox Capture stands out for its user-friendly interface, making it ideal for demonstrations. While I use a different cloud service for work, Dropbox remains my preferred choice for personal use due to its straightforward approach in managing multiple accounts.

Dropbox eats up my CPU for the first 15 minutes after every computer restart

Wonderful App added brilliant features to become Awesome, but CORE FUNCTIONALITY fell off on the way

That Dropbox has LOST SYNC BETWEEN DEVICES -- which was once the main attraction.
Now my Laptop has the original clutch of files and folders , and my smartphone has its own set of files and folders -- BOTH MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE. That has largely defeated the purpose.
