What do you like best about the product?
1. Very easy to use, I can access from anywhere! Use it every day.
2. Some users feel that certain features available in competitors' products are missing or not as robust in Dropbox.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Dropbox's pricing structure to be more expensive compared to other cloud storage providers, especially as data needs grow
2. Dropbox automatically syncs files across devices. If you make a change on one device, it's quickly reflected on others, ensuring you always have the latest version.
3. Without cloud storage, accessing files when away from the primary device can be challenging.

Keeping files consistent across multiple devices can be tedious and error-prone without a central system in place.

spacious cloud drive (to keep tons of photos and data secure), collaboration, etc

uploading photos can be tedious (& is easier to do on Google photos)

collaborating with peers makes it more simplistic with dropbox

I love that I can back up many different type of files! I'm a photographer and backing up raw images is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it connected to some different apps, such as Chatbooks.

Ease of use and transfer speeds. Search gets bettt all the time.

The backup feature is less than perfect but creation of other folders to use as defaults for for documents solved that.

Safe and sure place to lock away all critical files
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use, I have build many companies when we have accouting, engineering and operations all colaborating using files. It is just simple to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, I have been using it 12 years, pretty stable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep my tax and monthly business on point, litterally using a scanning app on my phone and upload right to my drop box monthly and yearly folder. I have never had to reach out to support, and I am very simple when it comes to tech.

No downsides of using the product so far!

What do you like best about the product?
It works seamlessly between your mobile devise and your laptop. The storage space is perfect and it is has a great user experience. I have and would continue to recommended it to people I know.

More space for storage would be useful for the amount of files I like to store.

It works great for me to provide surface pattern design files to all the businesses that sell my fabric. Easy to navigate and store important documents and files
