Easy to use, does its job well. But the file size limit (unless paid subscription) is a bummer.

What do you like best about the product?
It is multi platform, it works easily on all my devices and it allows me to select what to share and with who, controlling each step seamlessly
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is always a consideration when you have your very small business. Other Providers have mixed online storage with live collaboration tools MS Teams style. This would be an interesting mix! For example Zoom charges exorbitant prices for storage. They would be a good match
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Interacting on large documents wiht people across the globe, singatures. I like that it is tailored for small people as well as large organizations

What do you like best about the product?
Multi-device sync is seamless, easy, and reliable. I use it constantly, but never have to think about it given how good the UX is.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration of large sets of data to and from Dropbox is terrible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Version control, mindless automatic backup by folder, and easy doc sharing in a UX that's superior to other solutions.

The seamless experience from phone to pc

Having not enough space on the free tier

Saving photo, video or other files between phone, laptop and desktop is really great when sketching music ideas on laptop and being able to pick it up on desktop seamlessly is a big plus over shuttling a usb stick back and forth.

DropBox is always taking care of my files and makes sure I have the latest regardless of where I am.

What do you like best about the product?
Cross device sync and clear notification when that sync is compelete. Sync is fast and hassle free. Too often with another very well known competing vendor, I don't have a synced files, and have an old version, and can't force it to sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
It starts up a little slow on the desktop PC that is just starting up. It's often the last app to start and appear on the system tray, so I'm waiting a bit for my files. I can't just rush in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't use it for business. My organisation blocks this product for security reasons. I use this product for home production.
