Always my place to go to for backing up information
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has kept my data secure for many years now and is the one thing I rely on to transfer data to another PC with no hassle. It has tons of features that you can customize to your liking as far as storage and privacy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit nitpicky, but I dislike they use AI to search through your files. You can turn this off as it's optional, so keep that in mind.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes everything seemless and fast. Even if I need to pick a couple of files to share, it's as easy as a click.
Love Dropbox except for a couple of features

Great backup for my creative writing projects
What do you like best about the product?
I have found Dropbox to be an essential part of my work as a novelist. I constantly revise and save each revision to Dropbox so not only do I have a secure backup, I also have a record of all my drafts for revision. Saving to Dropbox is simply a matter of clicking a box. Accessing or sharing my projects is also very easy, as is organizing my saved files on Dropbox. I couldn't ask for more in a cloud storage provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really, there's nothing I dislike about Dropbox.

that when one deletes files the total usage info on the left isnt' automatically updated.
you can delete a gig of data but then have to his refresh on a browser in order to see
the new data amount changes. It's weird.

Not sure yet
The convenience and speed allow for efficient video editing processes for remote clients.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is overall the most convenient platform to share files that I've used. I feel like the straightforward white background layout is nice for quick navigation. And now Replay has streamlined the process for my clients to get me notes on video edits. And when they're happy and saving time, so am I.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say there are a few options that are hidden behind the settings gear. Like enabling downloads, things like that for a coke that I feel could be more obvious on the initial click.
Also is there a lighter background option for Replay? Dark layouts are a little trickier to navigate sometimes.

Sharing long, over hour long large video files to clients anywhere. The replay notes as they watch feature has been a huge timesaver on both my end and the clients'.
