Pretty Good.
What do you like best about the product?
-It works pretty seamlessly for my workflow.
-I go back and forth between my computer and iPad with ease.
-It's pretty good at automatically moving files I don't use too often to online only, so I don't have to think about that too much.
-I love that I can recover versions of files that I work on in Dropbox. This has saved me in multiple instances when I accidentally save over a file.
-I don't have to fax often, but it's great I can use Dropbox to do it when I have to.

What do you dislike about the product?
-I miss when I could preview files that were not synced to my computer (especially photos). This disappeared about 2-3 years ago and it makes my life much more difficult.
-I wish my camera roll (on ipad/Iphone) would sync to Dropbox in the background without having to open the app and wait for them to sync.
-I once lost a ton of important videos because dropbox didn't default to backing up videos from camera rolls.
-They have been raising the price fairly often and I feel trapped having to stay with them.

There is a limit of how much I can send for free

Best File-backup Experience Available
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Dropbox lets me easily share files with a link instead of laboriously submitting a "file request" in an email to another person.
What do you dislike about the product?
How the Dropbox desktop app connects with my finder app instead of being a seperate program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily sharing files
Very ease to use though I do not use it as frequently as I used to.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of uploading and editing forms!

Having to come out of what I'm doing to upload new forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None that I am aware of!
Good storage solution for documents online and for collaboration and sharing
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to store large files, keep a good filing system shared within a team, send large files or use shared folders for collaboration outside our immediate team. Being able to store files online only so they don't take up lots of space on our hard drives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything. Maybe the cost?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing files with my colleagues is easier, so we don't have to send them to each other.
Dependable service, no security issues

Ease of use, space allowed and cross device ease
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing seems a bit high but manageable compared to other services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross device usage making it easy to find what I am looking for
Reliable for a long-time user
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox since it was in beta, around 2008. In all that time, I've never had a problem with lost or corrupt data. It just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MacOS app doesn't always play nice with Microsoft Office. For whatever reason, that one suite of apps often fails to open save dialogs when I've using a Dropbox file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to access all my files on the go. As a college professor teaching in various rooms and using the college PC's, Dropbox really simplifies my file management.
Multi sharing for small to medium data storage
What do you like best about the product?
I love the multi sharing way of sharing folders, scanning documents, and importing and exporting files
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is a little bit high & some features aren't easily accessible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I definitely like the link sharing feature now. And the scan documents.
Simplistic layout, Click and Drag, Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. You can easily create folders, move files, drag and drop files. I like how you can easily change the layout from grid to list. It is great depending on what type of files (photos or documents) you are working on. The setup was easy and users were able to access the files for review.
What do you dislike about the product?
When moving files/folders, it is not always clear that I have double clicked the "destination". I found myself doing extra clicks becuase the highlight is very light.
It would be great if there was a "living" document version of DropBox.
The mobile app feature is not as user friendly. I do not find it as easy to use.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Content sharing. I am working with clients and staff who are in different states. Dropbox allows us to upload files in a central area.
Good auto backup features
What do you like best about the product?
I liked that my phone could auto backup up to Dropbox
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to love stuff around in Dropbox, you can't move more than 1000 files at once, so I had to manually select sections.

Back up storage
