Dropbox is GOAT
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been my go-to file storage and management platform for over a decade and I wouldn't trade it. It syncs perfectly and just works. I never have to worry about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a thing really. It has never let me down in all of these years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having my files wherever I go!
Best note taking app ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Finding things in Dropbox is so easy. Sharing notebooks is also one of my favorite features!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't believe I've found any downsides. Before the last update, it was possible to record. And I miss that feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of my clients
My favorite data storage and organization tool
What do you like best about the product?
DropBox is extremely user friendly, I've been using it for almost 5 years in my career. It allows companies to share and store data, and personalize how you want to organize it. It's been so helpful to be able to share and store documents with people who work across the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't mute notifications you will get swamped, but it is easy to change your notification preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my company store and share information with one another in an organized way without needing to constantly check on one another to see if their work is done.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use. I have been using Dropbox for many years and feel safe knowing my photos are backed up and available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't seem to run in the background which means I have to make sure it's updating and backing up my data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox primarily for personal use however, when using for business it is reliable and quick.
First cloud storage I found, still the best
What do you like best about the product?
I've used this since I first heard about it. Easy to have documents available everywhere with no effort. Photos from my phone appear on my PC, again without any effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited to three devices for free account - I have six I'd like to use it on, as the web interface requires a bit of thought and extra steps. Haven't used it to share files with others in a while, since those are often too large for the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I reularly need to take and process photos for the museum where I volunteer - this makes it easy.
I used Dropbox since the beginning
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Dropbox since the very beginning and it’s not only innovated every step of the way it has remained just as simple and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the syncing can cause some issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working between team memebers while keeping the most updated file is available for everyone
Ubiquitous
What do you like best about the product?
I signed up for Dropbox because it allowed me to connect with collaborators. I upgraded to a paid account because it became necessary to work with teams. The network effect makes Dropbox as necessary as Spotify, iMessage, or even an ISP. Everybody uses it, so if you want to speak the common language, so will you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Shared folders taking up space in multiple users' quotas is some double-dipping corporate greed. I also worry about Apple's attempts to break Dropbox desktop sync on external volumes, which is absolutely essential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share and receive complex hierarchies instantaneously, sync them to my desktop without filling my Downloads folder with junk, and update files when I upload something by mistake.
I like how easy it is to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily access files that I uploaded on computer on my phone. Plus I can share files with my clients or colleagues when I create videos for them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does everything that I need, I like everything
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
connecting my devices and content delivery
Dropbox is awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to collaborate with others, and re-access old files that I've saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it the web interface was easier to operate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files amongst many people.
Safe and efficient way to keep entire file & folder structure across all devices.
What do you like best about the product?
The security and the fact that anytime I need to replace a device, my entire file & folder structure are in the cloud and there's no file save/retreive process. Navigate to Dropbox on the new device and go to work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need a connection for full functionality, but who works unconnected anymore?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files are always accessible, regardless.
