Dropbox makes the world go around

  • December 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Of the cloud-based storage services I have used (iCloud, Google Drive, etc), Dropbox is easily the most user-friendly. I used it for folder syncing, file sharing, backups. It works almost seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike, honestly, is the pricing. Limiting devices that can sync to 3 in the basic plan is a bit of a pinch. But I also understand the point of putting key features in a paid tier, it definitely makes sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps my team share files for our projects, and it makes them available on my primary devices.

Explore its CouldSync feature with other web services

  • December 18, 2023
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Top notch customer service via chat - better than most!! Reasonably priced. Easy to connect other web services using cloudsync
What do you dislike about the product?
Primarily the interface which makes the folder tree (on the left) and the main folder view in the centre seem like two separate interfaces to have to navigate. I find myself constantly having to refresh or press back on the browser itself - instead of just going back a directory
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for my personal design work so far so the business side still hasn't been integrated
