Solves small business challenges
What do you like best about the product?
Set up is super easy, once it's set up you don't have to think things through any longer either.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it's only encrypted through your password. So if someone gets your password: poef!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all my business content available on different devices. Ability to share documents with collaborators.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is essencial for me. I use It for more than 10 years. Knowing my filés ARE safe wether I change computaram or If I am on mobile is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.It is an awesome and safe service

I can keep track of my files on any desktop or mobile
Great handy tool to store all my files & photos!!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Dropbox is having the app on my phone to access files or photos from anyway. The automatic saving of my photos also gives me peace of mind that I will never lose a single memory again. Things are super easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at this stage. I've been using Dropbox for over a year now.

Easy to use app, saves all my photos, helps me with storage capacity off my phone, access everything all in one go

Easy to use the basic plan. Reliablity is high.

The professional plan options are diifficult to learn.

Brilliant Way to Mass-Share Files
What do you like best about the product?
Can't put it any other way: Dropbox is the best way to connect people in a business for file sharing. I love how easy it is to edit permissions and organize files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing negative about the service itself. Sometimes there are (VERY) minor bugs with the website like folder names won't show and I have to refresh, but the service itself is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing video files for social media sharing across all of our platforms and people that manage them.
Dropbox for all!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is widely used by my clients and companies that we do regualr business with, including international clinets. There are no issues accessing both in the US and internationally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price. Much more expensive than similar services.

Able to share large files for download.

I appreciate that the mobile app is cohesive with the online website making sharing and downloading files easy to go whether on the go or at home

I wish there was a cheaper tier but overall I do not have complaints about dropbox

Wish the 'free' account allowed multiple logins.

We share an inventory of available special tools so that all of the technicians know what we have and where it is located..
Reliable, Shareable, Trustable
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to save share and retrieve all my important files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like. Its a great product/service.

Convenient and seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily upload my freelance writing work to Dropbox at any time, providing my client with immediate access. It is a great way to share documents without any fuss. I have used Dropbox every month for a number of years and have been very happy with the experience, features and ease of integration. Customer support is always available if needed, which thankfully is not very often. A great tool to implement into your daily routine!

Running out of space and needing to pay for more
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needing a seamless way to transfer/access content between freelancer/agency. It makes it quick and easy to upload at any time, from anywhere and know that the documents are in a safe and secure place where only trusted people can access them.
