Secure cloud storage with good syncing features
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notablity for work and also bounce between PC and MAC. I appreciate the ease of transition and backups between all my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price vs. storage ammount is always a concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to share and open documents.
Dropbox is great for saving files, editing, and creating content
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a great resource for saving documents for research, writing, and creating content. It allows me to collaborate on my work with others. There is also the option of saving sensitive docs that need to be kept secret. It's quite easy to use. It also integrates will with other apps. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is a little expensive. That's not to say it isn't worth the money. It certainly is. But it seems that, for the money, perhaps more space should be offered. Or, there could be more tiers available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of what source to use as a 'second brain,' where info can not only be stored, but saved in a way that makes it truly useful, as in collaborating with others, availability for projects, and cross-platform work.
Perfect for all of my needs
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has helped me easily organize all of my media..from things I use in business to things I want to keep safe from physical hard drives. I've been a customer of Dropbox for years and continue to use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Long upload time for some videos, and inability to access easily on certain browsers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access foe key media I need to have on me at all times.
The best software to store important files!
What do you like best about the product?
My entire team can upload and easily access content that I need to run my business. I host everything on Dropbox!

I wish there was more storage ability to be able to have large files

Great PC integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can set up my PCs to back up files to Dropbox automatically. I don't even have to think about it, I know that if I save to my Dropbox folder in the Windows File Explorer, it will all be accessible from anywhere in my Dropbox account. I also love how easy-to-use the webapp is. Once I'm signed in on a device, I can just go to dropbox.com and all my files are right there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Dropbox had better file sharing integration, like Google Drive does. It would also be nice if there were an easy way to password-protect certain files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily being able to access all my files from any device, anywhere, anytime.
Dropbox has provided me an opportunity to send large raw video files to my clients overseas!

Dropbox is quick, easy to navigate and easy to download files sent over to me or for clients that need to download my files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the video playback tool was faster to load.

It's solving storage space and collaboration in the files for me.
Great for File Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It's the simplest way to share files to third parties. For example, if we need a batch of designs printed out, it's much easier to neatly align them within a dropbox folder rather than attaching them all to one email.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could scroll on a mouse to zoom in and out; zooming is difficult.

It provides an easy way to share files that otherwise would be clucnky and inconvenient.

What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to keep things stored between multiple devices. Super easy to set up. I use it constantly between my phone and laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get expensive with some plans. Wish there were more options at times.

Letting me access content from my laptop on my phone, while on the go.
Safe, never a breach
What do you like best about the product?
The safety and reliability. There has never been a breach, and it always works, it's never gone down.

I cannot figure out how to make Dropbox the default place to save files

It's like having a hard drive that grows as my needs grow. And the best part is that the files are untouched when I get a new device/computer/
