Dropbox is Convenient & Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is user-friendly interface, seamless file synchronization across devices, efficient collaboration features, and reliable cloud storage capabilities. I appreciate its accessibility and the ease with which I can share files with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Dropbox mainly because of privacy concerns and data security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the problem of seamless file synchronization across multiple devices, ensuring that my documents are readily accessible wherever I am. Its collaborative features facilitate easy sharing and teamwork, streamlining project workflows. Additionally, the cloud storage aspect provides a reliable backup for my files, reducing the risk of data loss. Overall, Dropbox's solutions enhance my productivity and offer a convenient way to manage and access my files.
Excellent storage company!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my saved items stay saved! I never have to worry about them. It's reliable & easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm old school. Any time I have to learn about some new software there's a learning g curve but it's been fairly easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Im a voracious content creator! I have a full 1TB computer & it's inconvenient trying to download from the cloud or from an external hard drive & interrupts my flow. Dropbox is a click on the top of my screen allowing me to stay in flow! Plus it's easy to share content.

Keep changing user interface. Too cluttered.

Allows collaboration in sharing documents with Clients

Access to stored content across devices, ability to share latrge files easily

most utility is behind a paywall, which is understandable but inconvenient

Difficulty in sharing large files; inconvenient to get something off my phone when using computer or vice versa
I enjoy having dropbox for my job becasue I feel safe that all my documents will be safe and secure.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I can safe everything and optaining in another computer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I will say I dislike but it doesn't bother me as much is when I download the document sometimes it takes longer to download the files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Dropbox is solving that is also benefiting me is that I know my file won't be deleted as quickly as that.
Quietly does exactly what I want it to do
What do you like best about the product?
Effortlessly keeps my important data safe and synchronized.

Literally nothing to dislike about it -- it quietly does what it says it will do.

Helps me quickly transfer working files, keep them in sync across devices, make sure I don't lose anything important.
Efficiency When you need it
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to arrange the files with ease. It's not difficult to get familiar with the program and you have access virtually anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't received notification when someone alters to removes files I added. that would be very helpful.

Ease of sharing files with outside organizations, saving time on multiple emails
I use DropBox as my main hard drive -- accessible & synched to all my devices

It automagically provides a backup and alway synchronized access to all of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing folders/docs/spreadsheets with others, enabling them to share in the editing doesn't seem to work. I want DropBox to work better than Google docs because I share Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote files (vs. Google versions) I've tried folder sharing online with my team and they cannot edit. Your instruction seem clear enough but it just doesn't work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can movefiles quickly between phoen and computer. Also, love that I can share huge files with anyone, regardless of their own capacity. True game-changer!

Would be great if there was a better defualt filing system when adding files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can seemlessly move files from phone to computer without having an email app on my phone, which is my preference.
