Great for my use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to share files with anyone. Great access from all my devices
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I need to upload video files using an iPad. The problem is that the Dropbox app stops uploading when I lock my screen. If I place files in a Dropbox folder (like on a computer), the upload fails if my internet connection is unstable (for example, while driving), often resulting in multiple duplicates.

I can send a lot of files to my editor or to my client. Content collaboration is great, they can write comments so my workflow is much faster

What do you like best about the product?
I've been a Mac user and a loyal Dropbox customer since its early days. Setting up and using Dropbox is effortless, and once it's running, it’s a true "set and forget" solution. Many times, Dropbox has saved me hours thanks to its version control feature, allowing me to restore previous versions of documents with ease.
I also appreciate how Dropbox helps manage hard disk space efficiently. I can keep frequently used files on my hard drive while storing important but less frequently accessed documents in the cloud—always available when needed but without taking up local storage. Special plus for recent updates such as videos, signing documents and more.

What do you dislike about the product?
Years ago, I attempted to upload my iPhoto library, not realizing it contained countless layers of nested folders—each edit generating a new file or folder. Dropbox struggled to handle the complexity, and while customer service helped me through it patiently, it's not somethng I care to repeat! I assume that issue has since been resolved, but ever since, I’ve stuck to using Dropbox exclusively for documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox can keep my documents safely online, with all that entails (enterprise backup and safety). Enterprise level security is important to my small business and also something as a small business owner I am unlikely to afford if I had my own server.

when Sharing folders or files, Dropbox doesn't have to be tied to a Google Drive account or SharePoint

The pioneer in cloud services
What do you like best about the product?
Really good cross-platform functionality, seamless integration with various apps, easy to share and work with others
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited space provided in the free version
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data access from various locations. Backup and data sync after editing. Collaboration with others.
Dropbox used to be free. Now that it is a paid subscription I have lost many good features.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that itegrated with the local filesystem very tightly and almost unnoticeable. That's basically no longer a 100% true today bit the workaround still works. File versioning is another great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it is a paid subscription. Come to think of it, I need to evaluate if I should just stick with iCloud from iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email declutter. Links can be sent instead of file attachments-- a feature that is no longer seamless with paid subscription as the end user now has to register.
