Really comes in handy with sync feature
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox really comes in handy with sync feature. It supports multiple platforms including Android, Mac and Windows. That means I can sync the content of all of my 6 devices seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think Dropbox has ever let me down. I'm using their password manager, and vault services are well. So far I haven't faced any issues
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own 6 devices and I use all of them to store some private information. Now I can work only one device at a time but the content needs to synced across them as I maybe using a different device different time.
Great service for a reasonable price
What do you like best about the product?
Easily to use and access, making organization of documents simple and shareable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price can sometimes be a little too much for some services.

Making easier to have a family unison.
I find Dropbox to be super easy and allows me to store, share, and receive files from anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to send and recive large files from anywhere I need. As a filmmaker sometime I need to send files or even recieve files from an editor or cinematographer. Drop Box allows me to do this with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of ability to search for specific files fast. Sometimes it takes me a long time to find a particular file I am seeking when I have multiple files to search through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to recieve large files that I can't recieve via email.
Amazing storage service.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox provides an easy way to store and manage datas, especially big data like movies, software... the most thing I like that it supports a very fast upload which reduce the time. It also integrate into some applications on Android so it is easy to get data from Dropbox anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is quite high for me and do not upload parrarell for free users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has high speed for uploading and downloading. The way to manage files on Dropbox dashboard is also easy with a good UI.

I use Dropbox mainly as a way to send documents to different devices so that I can access them whenever I am. I also like the ability to share files with others and to be able to receive files

The amount of space in the free plan before having to upgrade the account

It makes it easy to use when travelling and at events, I can catch up on things and know that when I have access to my laptop, all the information is there

Ease of creating folders, access and searching for specific file types.
What do you dislike about the product?
Settings are global. Global search or sorting parameters should be an option, not an either-or. For example, I may want to sort Main folder directories (such as music) by Genres, not alphabetically, but with each genre I would want to create subfolders alphabetically. As it currently exists, all directories and folders can ONLY be viewed either as Last Modified, or Alphabetically. The options for viewing under Windows File Directory should be the norm (name, date created, date last changed, file type, file size, etc.)
The last couple of updates have resulted in thumbnails not loading on mobile devices, like my Samsung S23 Ultra.

Solving? None. No benefit.
I have been using Dropbox close to 15 years now and my experience is nothing but awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that I could signin in up to 3, 4 devices is a plus. I have been able to keep projects across my devices for years without loosing data. Dropbox has helped me managed my files in ways I have never imagined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is great in every ramifications. The only thing for me was that if I needed to link another device after exhausting my quota, I would have to unlink a device to add another one. Although this does not make me dislike the product in actual sense since its a business policy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me prevent data loss when I was an IT Administrator in my formal role.
