Handy for "save it and forget it"
What do you like best about the product?
it has been very helpful in storing data and printing from places like staples.
What do you dislike about the product?
the search option is not useful at all. so i can't really do much with the data stored except for retrieve it. I'd love more data classification type capabilities so that i can actually use the data i stored.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it acts as my storage space
Dropbox has become a staple for transferring files with my clients in a seamless experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is simple to use, easy to communicate and share with my clients, and also for an affordable cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I constantly have to upgrade my plan for more space with my business being totally remote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves the issue of sharing files with multiple clients. I can be able to organize all the files in Dropbox and easily share them to others in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It was one of the first entrants into the file storage market. It has a good app to access the files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once it started to offer paid-for plans the free basic plan got prorgressively worse and worse. The web app interface is a bit clunky in my oppinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets me share some important files with other people.
Great Storage for Small Marketing Team
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to manage a small team and track document/design changes over time, as well as provide assets quickly on request to other departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of times when the file recovery timelines almost burned us, but it's very often sufficent to catch any accidental file changes/deletion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a need for three primary things: 1) Tracking document/design changes over time and across team members. 2) We conduct a lot of A/B testing and we need to be able to easily find designs that were used in past tests to analyze learnings, report learnings, and apply them to future designs. 3) Manage assets for the entire organization and be able to quickly distribute certain content to specific teams. We're able to do that all at a low price.
Over 8 years using it sjd it is great to know all my files are safe
What do you like best about the product?
Useful to share files with my family (i have the family version)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could mirror the files in the cloud in the computer without having to download them (just names and locations, so i could include them in search)

It can store very large files, for example training packages

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about dropbox is the ease of saving my file and pictures and the accesibility of those saved files and pictures.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing really, just the monthly subscription once I max out the free data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really do not have problem with them sofar. All the file I downloaded for my business, can be easily downloaded and found.
Superb App and seamless working
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless syncing across multiple devices. Peace of mind files are safe and indrectly backed up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific feel the application has evolved and is working flawlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Syncing across multiple devices. It is what apple is providing with iCloud., It is for Windows same and beyond.
Great to quickly share larges files of documents
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create docs, sheets, and screen recordings.

The only thing I can think of is the UX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to share a lot of files at once and organize the file in a structural way - I'm able to think about the person recieving it and make it convenient for them.
Best and original Cloud based workflow storage
What do you like best about the product?
I like dropbox because it is a set it and forget it solution that integrates with Windows and Microsoft Office. Works on phones, laptops, and tablets to sync files and resources across multiple devices. It is constantly on my systems so important documents are available at a moment's notice.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least useful part of dropbox is the cahnges to the plans to require aspaid suvscription to allow more devices and storage access options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting access to collaboration materials on the go. No matter what devices i'm using, or where i'm trying to access it, Dropbox provides access to my materials. With the integrations to the Office and Adobe eco-systems, Office materials and PDF production are simple and easy.
Dropbox, a file buddy
What do you like best about the product?
I like a seamless integration into my daily workflow. I mean, it's basically my digital junk drawer but way more organized. Whether I'm chilling at home or out running errands, knowing I can whip out my phone and grab any file I need is very handy. And when I'm working with friends or colleagues, it's like we're all sharing the same desk, except without the mess.
So yeah, Dropbox just makes life a whole lot simpler – no fuss, no frills, just easy access to my stuff whenever I need it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Iit can be a bit stingy with its free storage space. I get it, nothing in life is truly free, but come on, a few extra gigs wouldn't hurt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all have access to the same files in real-time, so there's no more hunting down the latest version or worrying about who changed what. It's like having a virtual meeting room where we can all collaborate without stepping on each other's toes. And let's not forget the times when I've accidentally deleted something important – with Dropbox's version history, I can just roll back to an earlier version and pretend it never happened.
