Great for some things
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can back up my personal items, like images and files from my phone
What do you dislike about the product?
That there's a cap on how much space they'll give you, so I absolutely couldn't use this for my business, like I'd wanted to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backing up my images and files, clearing up space in other areas

I wish there were more sorting features for photos and various content. tagging face recognition etc

Great cloud storage- cross platform
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud stored service that is accessible across different platforms. Like iPhone, android, PC, Mac, web. I also like that dropbox continues to upgrade. I like the feature that lets you scan documents. And the iphone app backs up your camera photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Faster uploads are needed. Sometimes the documents scanning can be glitchy. If you try to upload multiple photos at the same time, the app may crash.

Storing documents and photos in one place that is accessible across different devices and operating systems

Being able to share high file size photos for photography

The user interface is sometimes difficult to navigate and not very intuitive

Sharing photos to clients easily which allows me more to to edit correctly and send updates

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is quick, efficient, and mobile. Being able to link my dropbox to Windows File explorer and other integrations is great. Simple, yet important product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has many competitors with a multitude of additional capabilities for my organization. Onedrive, Sharepoint, Google Drive, etc. are all just one piece of a bundled offering my company needs. Sometimes, justifying Dropbox when these other solutions are included in SaaS bundles we already use, is difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to share documents in my organization and not worry about switiching devices between the office and the home office.

I appreciate access to my personal and professional filed anywhere I go. The ability to avoid a network I'd priceless

Sometimes there are issues with version control

I can avoid network and share files
Dropbox simplifies file sharing-especially larger files too big for email

The ease of use to share large files and large amounts of files

I don't like the amount of monthly charge for premium

Thebability to share files that normally wouldn't be easily shared due to file size constraints
Drop box is always there for me

Nothing really. I never seem to have issues with it.
