It's ease of use on a PC and the ability to set up shares across multiple devices

Not a great interface on Android phones; less easy to set up new folders and not as straightforward to navigate as the PC UI

Access to documents when travelling/away from the office. Automatic back up of photos for personal and work reasons.

it is available and compatible with almost most of os like android, ios, windows, linux because of this you can practically install it with every device you have and sychronize the storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
one of its downside is it is have pretty expensive subscription but there are still free subscription but this comes with low storage i think this will not be a good choice for those who intend to use only the free subscription for long term

This solve my storage for backuping my important file and because of storage synchronization and dropbox can be install on most of os i can access those file using my phone when im away from my pc

Allows me to share important documents that are shareable. And allow groups to work within that document to collaborate.

Dropbox is reliable and safe to store and organize documents. You can also share them easily. Dropbox is very convenient when you need any documents anytime, anywhere. Easy to implement. Easy to integrate with a tablet or mobile.

Pricing and subscription are slightly higher. Sometimes, when we upload the documents, the uploading takes time.

Dropbox helps me store my archive and important data to carry anywhere, anytime. It's better to use offline; you can access it also.

Dropbox is pretty easy to use. It does have many features that I am still learning to use. Their is some beta stuff I am using of theirs that I really like but when that crashes is the only time I get frustrated with myself more than the system. It's a learning curve but they have always been right with me along the way.

The security of the long ins. Depending on what Google account I am under depends if I get logged into the right account . That's very frustrating when it seems to open up a new account .

I have way to many cloud accounts that I pay for because they all have about the same content but some go back years of use
