Decent storage but could be improved.
What do you like best about the product?
Mobility. I like accessing via the app and on a desktop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like it is completely user friendly. I find myself searching through drop box instead of getting my task complete. Some of that could be user issue but still feels like things could be more streamlined.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick storage solution
Pretty good experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to give people access to a folder and all they need to do is sign in with a google account to view it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that people don't always know what to do when I send folders to them. I really wish more folks had and used Dropbox.

Sending large graphic files
A Useful Tool For Artists
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has proven to be a useful tool for artists sharing files; you can upload easily, incorporate it into your workflow, and share links with people outside of your main circle in order to transport large files. Huge fan of the Dropbox signature tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly haven't encountered too many isues with DropBox.

Sharing files at long distances with my artistic collaborators.
Easy Access & Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to log in and access documents from phone/tablet/computer, and offers offline access to files when needed
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced delays with team members seeing changes to files. It can take awhile after opening files, making changes, saving, and closing files for those changes to be visible across all points of access. Not sure why.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote teams are able to access documents and share with clients
So easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been one of the easiest online folder platforms that I've used, and it's very easy to interface with. It makes the work that I do so much more efficient and timely to navigate, especially when working with clients in multiple locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there's some difficulty in linking emails to dropbox; I've had a few clients over the years, not be able to see the same things that we can so sometimes making sure that the accessibility is linked up can be a little cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing people to remain connected in multiple locations even internationally.
Easy, Efficient, On the Go, One Stop Access
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about drop box is the offline feature where once a document as been uploaded and synced to be made accessible when not connected to the internet is absolute perfection. Imagine heading to a presentation and for some reason there is no internet access? No problem. Your document is already available. On your way to an exam? You have all your course PowerPoint or previous essays you've written at your finger tips. No worries about space or connectivity
What do you dislike about the product?
Only improvement would be the upload rate for videos
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

it is a bit expensive, not super user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save all my files and it is easily accessible - I have lost files when stored documents in an external hard drive
Dropbox is a killer app for me. It lets me share and store documents with access to them anywhere.
What do you like best about the product?
Apps work very well. Desktop synchronizing works well with Windows. Installation was very easy, and I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything that I dislike except that my employer blocks on their office network. If I want to use Dropbox at the office, I need to either connect with my wifi hotspot or use it with a mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox keeps backups of my documents so if I make a mistake, I can recover an older version quickly. I can start a document on my desktop and finish it on my tablet. I can share files and folders with others and do some collaboration as well.
Peace of mind, anytime access to my files
What do you like best about the product?
I love knowing that all of my files are in the cloud and safe, regardless of what happens to my computer. I also love that I can access previous versions of my files. And it's great to have access to my files from any device, wherever I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it somewhat difficult to navigate around Dropbox when I'm working with a particular file. The UI isn't that intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for personal use.
Trusted Archive for All My Files
What do you like best about the product?
It's secure and easy to access anywhere meaning I don't have to have my own file archive. It also makes sharing files with team members a snap and when I work remotely I can easily access my important documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to share a document and collaborate in real time with team members within the same file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing all team members, since we don't work in the same physical location, to have simulatneous access to all company files.
