Steadily improving experience for life and business.
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Dropbox is continuing to improve their platform with the release of new features and functionality that makes the platform easier to use. There are a ton of new features that go beyond just file storage and truly help you streamline your business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though I've used Dropbox for years in my own life and business, I have encountered some clients who are concerned about sharing their files with me via Dropbox due to some privacy and security concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes it easy for my clients and I to share files with one another as we dig into their web design projects. We're able to avoid sending back and forth emails full of various file verisions. Instead, we can easily manage our files and ensure we each using the latest verisions. My clients and I are also able to leave comments for one another on certain files so we can easily collaborate.

What do you like best about the product?
Good PDF viewer and excellent audio player.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes users that I share files with get a message that their storage is full. I would like a media player. An audio player that would play the contents of a folder. Or a video player that would play all videos in a folder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing large files that unable to be sent via email.
Dropbox saved me from loosing my thesis
What do you like best about the product?
Having my documents synced to Dropbox means that I can access my files from anywhere, on any device, giving me the ability to work even if I don't have my computer available to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a bit steep for students, however when I nearly lost my thesis, paying for Dropbox all these years was totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to work from any computer.

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful about Dropbox is the ability to easily upload and download large file sizes and share them. Organization is made easy for personal and collaborative use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of Dropbox for me is the lack of a sleek interface on the mobile apps "Home" tab. I don't find it as intuitive or easily navigatble as I do other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has solved the problem of maintaining a central place for uploading materials to collaborate with and then seeing updates and final results with ease of access. Before using Dropbox, it was difficult and unreliable for large data transfers, especially of long format video.

Inserting accessibility to Dropbox files via finder and adjacent experiences like Dropbox Invoice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox is not user friendly browser wise.

Space and accessibility. Saving across different devices.

It works! Easy to use and install. The option to share a folder with images and block download is very useful.

Nothing specific, but it seems to use too much memory.

How useful and easy it is to use. It is relatively easy to use without any prior experience.

They actually fixed my most disliked portion. I wished I could extract zip files on mobile, and the recently fixed that, so I'm happy.
