Dropbox is a crucial part in my business as we share important files to our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I've used Dropbox for years as a graphic designer, mostly for their ease of sharing files and folders to other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price keeps rising, which is disappointing given the features generally only get upgraded on the higher tiers, so the cheaper plans just get more expensive with no real added value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox is perfect for sharing my clients files with them in way that is easy for us both to access and keep track of any changes
Peace of mind through regular back ups, makes it easy for me to use mult computers and share files
What do you like best about the product?
Once I set it up, I just forget about the details. Files are automatically saved in the cloud as well. I can reach them from any one of my computers. I can share them with just a click with anyone who needs access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when I send an a linkto someone so they can share their file to my system, they don't trust the process. I have to reassure them the process is quite safe

Easy back up on my system. Easy to share large files with colleagues across the country. safe and secure file storage.
Dropbox is the gold standard for cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
File syncing is very quick and reliable, much more so than similar services from Onedrive, Google Drive etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free tier is quite small, with only 2.8 GB of storage. This smaller than the free tiers of Onedrive, Google Drive etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to (a) switch between multiple computers at home and work (b) transition from one job to another without worrying about losing personal electronic files, (c) collaborate with family members on household projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Dropbox is like a great big filling cabinet where I can store all of my digital files no matter the medium.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately it has been slow to load when trying to retrieve uploaded information.

It helps store all of the digital information I need no matter the format. Keeping everything in one place is very helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Feels safe to use--my data will not be hacked or lost. Intuitive user interface with appropriate updates making it even easier to use on a phone.

Expensive. Still worried about the security of my data. Could search better.

Saving all my documents and being able to access them anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that Dropbox has options to automate actions within folders. E.g., when I upload photos from my phone into a dropbox folder, I was able to set it to automatically convert them to a .png file type, which makes my work with them easier later. I also enjoy that it is user friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
It also has some limitations to what it can automate and where those files go. For example, when my files convert to .png, I would prefer that they replace the files I originally uploaded, or they would automatically upload to a separate .png folder. It isn't a big deal, but could stand to save a minute or so every time I work with the images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to share files with coworkers, which benefits my workflow as a designer. There is a lot of back and forth between me and my coworkers, so this is an easy platform to upload iterations of work.

Multiple platforms makes it more useful.

Non-intuitive web-interface. Difficult managing larger number of files.

Managing my files over time on multiple platforms.
Convenience of docs’ ubiquity

Deleted files can be retrieved. And multiple devices can login to same account to access same files

The costing could be made more affordable
