Used Dropbox Successfully for Years
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store many of my important documents for easy availability whether I am home or traveling. I also use it to transfer documents to others as needed. It is secure, easy to use, and accepted by most associates.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I struggle with the mobile app to find files I want to view on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy access to documents I need without having to remote into my work computer.

It is easy to use across many people and around the world to easily share information and documents.

Maybe an eaiser way to share documents - the interface to share isn't the best.

Easily share documents of various sizes across many people.

Dropbox makes sharing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I work with many different organizations in my role and sharing large files is a huge part of my day-to-day. With each organization using different office solutions, we rely on Dropbox to shre pertant files. It's been a great solution for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I run out of storage space quickly and have to upgrade my plan too often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cloud content collaboration, file sharing, storage.
Gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create as many clients folders as needed and upload or edit those files on the go. The site is stable and secure. Also love the collaboration feature so others can join the selected folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any downsides. Dropbox does everything I need it to for my graphic design business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me yo upload large files where trying to send in an email fails.

I like the fact that I can save not just photos, but important documents as well, and I can even make folders private so no one can access sensitive content.

I haven't found anything to dislike yet.

It solves my need for keeping some photos and documents private that I can't do with iCloud
Reliable, but slightly too resource consuming, rather expensive

I use Dropbox since it early days and I like its simplicity. I use it everywhere, on every device, I rely on it every day.

Sometimes eats too much CPU, the UX is slow.

What do you like best about the product?
Valuable thing I use dropbox for is to make sure files, and sharing with friends are available and easy to access from anywhere. It is funny because the name of the product is dropbox, which I'm not sure that some people understand the original term. I have tried to use dropbox as a dropbox, a place for others to post things without having access to the folder to see what others have posted, so that I can pick up the files securely. I had to Google it, but it is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a plan that was less costly for smaller amounts of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed of sharing files with infrequent users, like when I share a video with my local police to help solve crime. It happens a few times a year. Glad to have this for the community.
