What do you like best about the product?
I like Dropbox because it is a user friendly platform and I also like the fact that I can add users and give them access to edit files.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things I dislike about Dropbox is the pricing. It has some of the higher prices among it’s competitors.

It is a fast and secure way for me to sending deliverables to my clients.

The ability to save everything and have it easily accessible has been immensely beneficial, especially in situations where I accidentally delete a file or need to access previous versions. The interface of the website version of dropbox is not quite well integrated or familiar like the desktop file explorer of windows 11. The layout could be better designed for familiarity sake.
