Reliable, User-Friendly Storage—But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been the "gold standard" in secure storage for me for over a decade. I don't know what I would do without it. It is user-friendly, accessible from all my devices, makes sharing easy and is seamlessly integrated with apps like Excel and Word for Web.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the annual cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a remote team and need a secure place to store, share and iterate on files and assets. I need a long term solution for storage that is secure and stable. And I need to be able get to my source files in one click (e.g. Excel spreadsheets).

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it was to set up Dropbox. It's very convenient for my personal and business data management. The platform effectively addresses issues of privacy and inconvenience, which are crucial for my work. I find using spreadsheets on Dropbox is incredibly useful, especially in conjunction with Excel, making my workflow seamless. The overall convenience of Dropbox is a key factor that would influence my decision to purchase it again in the future.

I really appreciate how easy Dropbox makes file sharing; it's instantaneous and incredibly reliable, never missing a beat, which is crucial for my work. Its user-friendly nature ensures that everyone, regardless of tech-savviness, can utilize it without any hassle. The initial setup was very straightforward, adding to its accessibility. What I find particularly useful is Dropbox's ability to integrate seamlessly with other applications, like Jotform and Google Sheets, which streamlines my workflow as forms filled out by clients come directly into Dropbox. This level of integration enhances efficiency and productivity. Dropbox's reliability, almost never failing, gives me a sense of security and confidence in its use, and its ease of use only adds to the overall positive experience.

Easy to Use and Helps Me Stay Organized, But Costs Add Up
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it's easy to use. I also like that many of my associates use it, so they understand when I send a link through dropbox. It's also easy to organize my items with it. Also, I use it literally multiple times a day.
What do you dislike about the product?
the main downside is the cost. I know it's not super high, but it does seem to add up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like to organize my business by using the folder system on Dropbox. It allows me store tons of large files like graphics, music, and more. I work with djs, so it's important to be able store lots of music like dj sets, and tracks that they have produced. I also feel like my work is being kept safe.
Great for Storage and Sharing, But Needs Better Multi-Photo Support on Mobile
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great place to store items for our work and personal. Many outside agencies use it and I can share photos that are too large to send. We use it for work for storage and it is easy to access by different computers, phone etc.

I can't share multiple photos from my phone.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox extremely easy to set up, which makes getting started a breeze. It has been invaluable for sending large files, like the videos I produce for work, to clients effortlessly. I greatly appreciate the large storage space Dropbox offers, which is available at a competitive price. This allows me to store substantial amounts of data without worrying about cost. Dropbox's ability to manage large storage needs efficiently makes it an excellent tool for my work requirements. Its value for money is a standout feature that ensures I would choose it again.

Effortless File Sharing with Dropbox, But Storage Limits Can Sometimes Limit My Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to upload and download files. Our organization restricts the file sharing sites we are authorized to use. From what we do have access to, Dropbox is the easiest to use, and the easiest to find our shard files later on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Running out of storage....it happens every once in awhile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to send both large files and large quantities of files in one shot. It saves a significant about of time. I don't have to worry checking to see when my files have been fully uploaded and sent to the recipient. I can upload and move on to another project and let Dropbox take care of it.
Reliable Document Sharing and Storage, But Communication Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Dropbox incredibly useful for both personal and business use. It's the easiest and most comprehensive tool I've tried for storing and sharing documents. I like storing documents in the shared folder and then being able to upload and share links so others can access them effortlessly. Whether at my desk or out in the world, Dropbox gives me immediate access to the documents I need, which is invaluable. The sharing feature is particularly beneficial for collaborating with partners and clients on large files that are otherwise hard to transfer. I also appreciate the ability to scan documents, store them on my computer, and easily transfer them from one device to another. Setting it up was quite easy despite some confusion between my business and personal accounts. Overall, I like using Dropbox very much. Its ease of use and reliability are unbeatable, which is why I highly recommend it, giving it a ten out of ten.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find managing multiple accounts on Dropbox confusing, as I often struggle to know which account I'm signed into, leading to potential mix-ups between personal and business documents. Furthermore, I experienced a frustrating issue when sharing a link with too many people, which was mistakenly flagged as spam. This lack of clear communication from Dropbox regarding its sharing policies caused inconvenience and misunderstanding, as I was unaware that my sharing activity could be restricted in such a manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox provides immediate access to my documents anywhere and simplifies sharing large files with clients and partners, which are hard to transfer otherwise.

The simplicity of setting it up was impressive, as it was not difficult at all—quite the opposite, it was pretty straightforward. I love that Dropbox allows me to easily access important files on the go, particularly from my phone, making this service extremely convenient. The ample storage capacity it provides is another advantage, as I've stored four to five terabytes and still have plenty of room. File synchronization is notably quick, which enhances my overall experience, ensuring I always have the most updated version of my files across devices. Dropbox was my first choice when I looked for cloud services primarily because of its impressive features. These elements make it a formidable tool in managing my digital storage needs efficiently. The overall simplicity of Dropbox is a major factor that would make me continue using it.

I find Dropbox solves the problem of accessing important files on the go from my phone easily, while its file synchronization is very quick and the storage capacity is ample, ensuring I never run out of space.
