What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for many years and primarily use it to save documents, which I can access from anywhere. This feature is incredibly beneficial as it allows me to use my documents not only from any device, such as my phone or a different computer at work, but also makes it very comfortable. The ease of accessing files from any location is, without a doubt, the best feature for me. Additionally, I appreciate the speed and simplicity of Dropbox, as it is very user-friendly and not overly complicated compared to other systems. This ease of use is something I really like, and it solidifies my preference for Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Dropbox should offer a bigger storage for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Dropbox to ensure my documents are accessible from any device, making file access comfortable and convenient at work or on my phone.

I find it very easy to add pictures to Dropbox, which makes it simple to organize my photo collection. Setting up Dropbox was not challenging at all, which allowed me to start using the service without any hassle.

I'm having trouble loading pictures from Dropbox onto my laptop. It just won't allow me to do it, which is quite frustrating because I can't seem to figure out the problem. Furthermore, I believe that an easier process for loading pictures from Dropbox onto my computer would vastly improve my experience.

I have been using Dropbox for a significant period, and what stands out most to me is its ability to provide personal backup and easy sharing of files. I also find great value in its capability to transfer work documents, whether from mobile devices to desktops or vice versa, giving me access to my files across multiple devices without any hassle. The public folder is another feature I love; it allows me to share documents publicly with ease, ensuring everyone I need to reach can access them effortlessly. Furthermore, Dropbox's structure regarding privacy and controls is something I am very fond of; it gives me the flexibility to set up private shares or have folders just for myself. Dropbox's setup process has always been smooth for me, and the transition from a web-based interface to the mobile app has been exceptionally convenient, providing extensive access to my files. The concept of gaining free space by sharing Dropbox with others was an added incentive in the initial years, which worked very well for me. I feel that Dropbox could offer more space, which is somewhat limited unless I pay for an upgrade. This limitation affects how much I can use its functionalities.

Actually nothing it’s pretty good with the free version. If I do find that the space is limited, I’ll reach out with some feedback
