What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox solves problems related to file management, collaboration, and accessibility. It benefits users by providing seamless file synchronization across devices, facilitating efficient collaboration through real-time editing and sharing, offering reliable data backup and recovery, enabling remote access to files, simplifying large file sharing, and addressing security concerns through encryption and access controls. The platform streamlines workflows, enhances productivity, and ensures easy and secure access to files from anywhere.
Efficient and Easy file sharing method
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is very user friendly, convenient and a safe way for file sharing with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no downside to using Dropbox, I have not found one reason to dislike it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is the file sharing method compatible with all of my client's email addresses so I use it frequently for video file sharing.
Dropbox is excellent. I have used it for over fifteen years.
What do you like best about the product?
I can decide what I put into dropbox, and I can share it with others should I wish to do so. It is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some competitors, such as One Drive, have made it more difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to share a file with another person I can easily do so. It also allows me to totally back up all my essential files.

I can't imagine my life without Dropbox. My whole digital world is stored in Dropbox.

Sometimes the syncing is slow or delayed and I can't acces a file

Storage ability as well as pricing. I like how the app allows me to seamlessly sync across laptop and mobile.

Wish teams could be used for a cheaper cost.

Have used many different platforms in the past but nothing like dropbox, really easy to use across multiple different devices and secure will be a life long customer

Have been having issues with sharing files with family and them having to sign up before viewing

Been able to share, sign and view files instantly and securely

What do you like best about the product?
How convenient it is to access my documents. I have it set up where I can access them on my computer, tablet, and phone. Before, I always had to emial myself individual documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have two accounts-- a personal account and one associated with my college. My personal account is almost full, but I thought I was saving my college papers on my college account. I just need to sit down and figure out what I'm doing wrong before my files stop backing up.

What do you like best about the product?
For sharing files/data between colleagues or other professionals, it is one of the easier platforms. There are numerous ways to send files/folders and they open on a variety of platforms.

The website features can be confusing when there is a system update.
