What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox, I love your integration into windows and mac os. I have both devices and it's a pleasure to work with all my files on both. And I appreciate your support to Ukraine at the start of russia's full-scale envasion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually there is one thing. Why does timestamp commenting on videos is only available to advanced subscription? I can't understand this policy but ok.

It stores my files exellently!
Dropbox has been my longest running and absolute best storage service yet!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox, I feel, is an extremely productive and useful storage app to have because of it's security and reliability when it comes to securely backing up and storing all of your files and photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally don't think that there are many downsides about using Dropbox. The only exception would be the cost, however, when you take into account the wide array of features and services that you get with the premium plan it pretty much makes it well worth the price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes the process of storing large quantities of files and photos in the cloud a rather simple and streamlined process versus other cloud storage applications. Simplicity is key when dealing with a multitude of data storage!
Best cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
Backing up files on Dropbox was incredibly easy. With the Dropbox app installed on my laptop, all my files are automatically synced to Dropbox, allowing me to access them at any time through the app. Additionally, it offers integration with iOS, which makes accessing my files on different devices even more convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is definitely toward the high side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data backup, Data storage, Cloud computing, and security. My data is securly store online, and I can access them easily with one of my devices. I don't need to carry an external hard disk around any more.
Excellent File Storage
What do you like best about the product?
I use Dropbox to store and transfer all of the music projects that I make on my computer so that I may listen or access them anywhere. I love how Dropbox allows access across different devices and how secure I feel using it. I would definitely recommend this to someone who is looking for a tool like this!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the device limit for free accounts. Although being able to use 3 devices with it without paying anything is nice, I would be even more satisfied if the limit was raised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows me to access files anywhere across my devices. It is also well integrated with Windows, so it is easy to use and understand.
A really handy tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's super useful being able to access files on all my devices, wherever I am. Being able to recover previous versions of documents is also a great safety net.
What do you dislike about the product?
The photo sync feature initially did not work on my Samsung Galaxy S23 but now that's sorted, no real complaints of note!

Needing to consciously backup documents and remote access.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it's easy to send clients photos and how it's very easy to manage the data within Dropbox. Very user friendly and easy to use for first time users

Personally I think the interface could be friendlier but other than that no complains

DropBox has proven to be trust-worthy over the years, however would appreciate a considerable reduction in payment plan/upgrade fee for subscribers/users.

Easy to use for quick music sharing
What do you like best about the product?
I can drop files and add them quickly, making music sharing with other musicians a snap
What do you dislike about the product?
At least with my free version, even though it allows me quite a bit of space it appears that once i've "used " the space it is gone, even after deleting files regularly.
