What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's easy to save and share files with others, even if they don't have drop box accounts. I am sure there are features within Dropbox that i don't use but it's perfect for what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a stickler when it comes to spending money, so if there is anything that I don't like is the cost of premium plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When it comes to larger files, you can't generally send them through email and that is where Dropbox comes in. Dropbox allows me to send large files that I use to collaboarate with people.

I normally save all me work files in dropox, so I can easily access my file using my phone.

Free storage is too less, Drobox need to increase free storage. Thanks

I can access files through multiple system. If i work at home my files got syncned on office system as well.

Secure way to store files and share them with specific customers, no need to send eg via email
Dropbox - the original and still the best
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox was the original mass market cloud storage solution, and the ability to store and sync files across multiple machines as well as being cloud accessible meant that it was perfect for my needs - the quick local network syncing is seamless, so it helps with our collaboration.
The web based front end is ideal for remote access too, and has proven to be worth every penny in that time!

Sometimes the syncing pauses and it's hard to know why - so more transparency around this would be preferred.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team collaboration files are instantly accessible across multiple users; this saves time and on-premise storage costs.

I use Dropbox for highly reliable, robust and secure file redundancy and sharing.

I love how easy it is to use - on a Windows computer, it looks and behaves exactly like the Windows File Explorer so it's instant familiarity for a new user.
It's also tremendously easy to install and setup on Windows and mobile (I use Android), and syncing between devices is seamless.
My main use case with Dropbox is storage and sharing - it's both a backup for important files as well as a place for me to share between my own devices as well as with others.
It's effectively a parallel utility to storage on my computer, and I use Dropbox several times every week to access and/or share files.
It's also tremendously easy to install and setup on Windows and mobile (I use Android), and syncing between devices is seamless.
