The tools are straightforward to use, and there are many integration options available. I also appreciate being able to access my files from anywhere.

It also benefits from widespread adoption—many professionals and teams are already familiar with Dropbox, making onboarding and collaboration smoother. Additionally, Dropbox offers a variety of features such as file recovery, version history, and integrations with popular tools like Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, which enhance its flexibility for both individual and team use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing could be a bit more expensive compared to other similar services. Also for teams needing more robust project management and integrated workflows, Dropbox might feel a bit limited.

It helps me sharing information with clients outside of our business organisation.
Share files easily and protect your information, but limited integration
What do you like best about the product?
It works well, but what I especially liked is the option to generate a link to share files from your cloud, but without compromising your personal information too much and being able to cancel the link.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss a more complete integration with Google Account and other social networks when registering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, I think it can also be very useful for business solutions, but it obviously requires a subscription since the free one wouldn't be enough.

paid version is quiet costly, google drive is way cheaper.

I generate the app build and share it across team through dropbox.

What do you like best about the product?
Essential part of my workflow every day – and works perfectly across all my devices. It handles my backups and enables easy file sharing. Great value for money.

Not much to dislike – I was a bit disappointed when the Vault feature was removed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost, Dropbox allows me to easily share files with clients. The security features are good and most people seem comfortable accepting files and using it. I use it to store files for ease of access when out of office and also to act as an additional backup. I also use it to keep files offline to save disk space on my desktop/laptop.

At times, the syncing process can be somewhat slow, particularly when dealing with large files or if the internet connection is weak.
