Dropbox is still the best, a real OG.
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing is really quick. Reliable apps on the computer and phone that seamlessly syncs everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, please never change your formula.

Accessibility of files across multiple devices is painless.

How easily I can access all of my information across all of my devices and on the go.

Sometimes things don't show up where I expect them to across multiple devices but usually it's not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox makes taking my ideas with me anywhere and lets me revisit them, edit them, and store them when I can't on a certain device.

What do you like best about the product?
Freelance has been more dependable than my external hard drives. I've had hard drives crash and thankfully Dropbox keeps my backups alive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes searching for files can be rough, I don't know if there are secondary labels you can give files and folders to make searching easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox has been a dependable middle man for me (the designer) my clients and the print production team.

The organization of personal photos, with indexing and location tools, can improve.

The small amount of storage for.the price.

Everything just works, easy to manage, integration with macOS is good

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox is a reliable tool that just works the way it is supposed to. Unlike some applications which have UI quirks that are ever-present and frustrating, Dropbox just IS.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the premium tiers are prohibitively expensive for ordinary users. Business aren't the only ones who need large spce.

Leeps documents safe and where I can find them quickly.
My go to for sharing files
What do you like best about the product?
I can save large files that I will need toshare. It allows me to store many things and free up my laptop's storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really do not have any dislikes other than possibly a more aesthetically attractive interface.

The main "problem" DropBox sloves for me is allowing for very easy sharing of files/folders

I store folders and folders of work on dropbox and this has saved me a few times as well as giving my clients a piece of mind always having access to their cherished photographs.
I've used Dropbox for over 5 years and I'd say I probably use it 4-5 times a week. The password options give my clients privacy. It's very simple to add members to folders and give them permissions that only a "main" user would have and thats ideal when working with clients who want primary access.

There's not much dropbox really needs to change. Maybe the client viewing could be a little more attractive but that is all

Dropbox provides easy file sharing and storage with a simple directory for myself and other member that may be collaborating
