What do you like best about the product?
I like the file synchronization and sharing features; they’re extremely reliable. The interface is clean and intuitive. I especially appreciate the seamless syncing across devices, as well as the ability to share large files with clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
i feel the pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to some competitors, especially when extra storage is required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps in centrailze document storage and ensure everyone in the tam has access to the largest file version. It improves workflow efficiency and keeps our document structured and secured. Helpful in sahring the files, attachments, secure external sharing with partners and clients.

I usually use Dropbox to store and share big files between teams. I find it fast and easy to use. I really like that it has a fully integrated desktop app, which is really handy. It's super easy to upload files or check what I have, even on Macs. The initial setup for my team was very simple.

I don't like that basic storage space is very limited.

It’s easy to use, and anyone can use it to share links and save resources. It also makes it simple to send files to multiple recipients, so everyone can quickly get the required files.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a minimum usage limit for free users as well. A strong internet connection is required at all times for a smooth, easy app experience.

Please provide users with a video demo during first-time registration. It would help new users understand all the details and get familiar with the app’s multiple functionalities.

I like the fact that I can send large quantities of stuff over the Internet. It's quick to upload and quick to connect with people. It's easy to use, and the initial setup was very easy.

One of the best features is that I can create a cloud folder on my local PC without affecting its storage capabilities. Plus, I enjoy the video review channel on Dropbox, which I find quite beneficial.
