  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Sharing files with others, especially larger files that are difficult to email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects of the interface are not as intuitive as I'd like. It takes extra time to figure things out sometmes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is a professional interface. I've never had any issues of client's not being able to work with the files or access anything. I'm able to send large files or folders that are sometimes too large for email. I like being notified when people access the files.

Dropbox - the only cloud storage that has seamless experience

  • May 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I've been an user of Dropbox since it's inception. My most favourite features are local lan sync, request files to a folder from non dropbox users, dropbox paper, ms office cloud within dropbox. All this with unparalleled UX experience. Never once has it felt a drag to do things with. I recollect a feature in early days where a html file in any folder was rendered as a webpage on share.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any points to say that I dislike of dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all the backup requirements. It is also a good content taking app, if you know how to use it. It allows to keep files synced across devices, no more pen drive transfers. It also makes it easy to collect files from 3P users.

Secure and seamless storage gem

  • May 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The sync feature is lightning-fast and reliable, keeping everything up to date without hassle. Collaboration tools, like shared folders and real-time editing, are a game-changer
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pricy. The free plan’s measly 2GB storage feels restrictive, pushing users toward costly upgrades that don’t justify the value compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of accessing, storing, and sharing files across multiple devices and with others efficiently. It eliminates the need for physical storage or email attachments by providing a centralized cloud platform where users can securely upload, organize, and sync files in real time.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that I am able to save my word documents to Dropbox as soon as I finish editing them. I think Dropbox is really convenient to have whether it is on a computer or mobile device.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you have to reconnect your Dropbox account to Microsoft every time but I’m unsure if that’s a Dropbox problem or a Microsoft problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox allows you to have access to your files remotely all in one place instead of having to have a physical hard drive

Easy to use and share content

  • May 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the sharing capabilities. They are easy to use and intuitive. It makes sharing files with outside vendors seamless
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is, is that it's another platform to add to the mix but it's worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes receiving content very seamless and organized. It takes the step of receiving it in an email to then put it in the drive, which can get lost or prone to human error and missing.

What do you like best about the product?
Online and Desktop version. Easy to work on documents offline if you don't have internet access. Easy to collaborate in real-time via the online version of documents. I use it every day with my research team. It's very easy to integrate across my Macbook and internet browser. The platform is user-friendly and easy for new users to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have to remember to download or offload documents if you want to work on something without internet access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating on documents in real time to see real-time edits from other members on my team. Saves time sharing multiple copies of the same documents or wondering which version is the most up-to-date one.

Dropbox: A Vital Tool for Seamless Collaboration and Daily Use

  • May 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Dropbox for about ten years, and it is a vital part of my workflow. I love how it enables seamless collaboration with coworkers and allows me to send clients their own individualized folders for photos and videos. As an ultimate digital organization tool, it is incredibly useful. I discovered Dropbox in college, and it was great then and has only improved over time. Setting it up is straightforward; it's very organized and user-friendly. I appreciate that Dropbox feels like having a flash drive with me all the time, especially off my phone, while allowing easy transfer across multiple devices, which is a life changer and game changer. I use the transfer functionality and the mobile app almost daily. The integration with iPhone and editing software for seamless uploads makes my task efficient. I can't think of any necessary changes, as it's near perfect as it is. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10, or even a 100 if the scale allowed, showing my high level of satisfaction and likelihood of recommending it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything to dislike honestly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Dropbox a game changer for transferring files across devices and collaborating with coworkers and clients. It offers essential backup, acts as an ultimate digital organization tool, and makes file access as easy as always carrying a flash drive.
