Dropbox! a powerful tool for file storage and cross-network functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Dropbox is how seamlessly it lets me upload a photo and then use it within the OneCause software. Without Dropbox, I wouldn’t be able to upload the images I need into the platform. It’s an essential bridge that makes my workflow smooth and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan does not hold a lot of storage only 2gb which i wish it would hold more. it doesn't hold a lot esp. if your downloading big files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a software called One Cause to run a silent auction and it doesn't allow you to directly upload photos to it. i have to use a third party software and drop box is the one i use. Its a lifesaver!

Great for collaborating on music and creative projects

  • May 15, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has been an awesome tool for collaborating on music projects, especially when working with mixing and mastering engineers. I love how easy it is to upload and share large files without worrying about file size or compatibility. The interface is clean and intuitive, and syncing between devices works seamlessly. It’s made remote collaboration much smoother and more reliable than other platforms I’ve tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is the pricing for sure. As an independent artist and small business owner, I find the cost a bit high for solo use. I stick with Dropbox because many of my collaborators use it, but if the pricing were more accessible for individuals or freelancers, I’d rely on it even more. It would also be great to see more storage flexibility across the plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dropbox helps me solve the challenge of sharing large music files quickly and securely with collaborators across the US and Europe. Whether I’m sending stems to a mixing engineer, receiving mastered tracks, or organizing files for a release, it keeps everything in one place and accessible. It saves me time, reduces email clutter, and gives me peace of mind knowing my work is backed up and easy to access when I’m on the move.
