A few years using dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Reliability. I tried using google drive for work related activities, but it's a nightmare. So although it may not be perfect, Dropbox in my opinion is the best option.
What do you dislike about the product?
First: Price. It's not the best value for companies and people operating in countries with currencies that has less value compared to USD.
Second: Some updates are implemented without too many choice from the user. There's a new update that changes how the Mac is synced and as far as I know once you updated, you can't go back.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup, realtime project collaboration with multiple peers, and sharing content with the client.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it super easy to share large files and has kept updating the product with new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox has gotten considerably more expensive to use.

The sharing of large files.

Nothing at all, amazing product and easy to use

Memory problems and carrying a hard disk around at all times
It was an easy decision to migrate from Free Dropbox account to a paid one
What do you like best about the product?
The files important to me are easily accessible on many of my devices. Even if my physical drive fails I have a peace of mind knowing that I have access to backed up copies on Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the way how I use it I can't find flaws.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to carry USB sticks or hard drives as long as I have my computer, phone or tablet with me (and most of the time phone is by me). In case I need to access a file or share wirh someone it only takes a few seconds to complete those tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a MAC user and i love how well and how easy it is to mange files with Dropbox, it is very Mac like. I wish iCloud were that easy but it is a mess to deal with

Wish i had more storage with my Dropbox account.

I can acces the same data from the 5 different devices that i use on a regular basis both at home and on the road

What do you like best about the product?
I am self-employed and all my work files are on Dropbox. I can get to all of them any time (and share them), even when I don't have a computer (because of the mobile app). It's great knowing that even if the hard drive in my laptop died, I wouldn't lose anything, and I'd get it back in the same exact file-structure I lost it in. It's also great keeping it in that file structure on multiple computers. Every project I do is stored on project, which makes it easy to share files (for reviews, or so other people can work with them).
What do you dislike about the product?
At some point I'm going to run out of storage space on Dropbox, and currenly the only way to upgrade the storage amount is with a business account, which requires a minimun of 3 people, which I don't need since I'm only one person. So unless that changes, I will need to start deleting files from Dropbox in the not too distant future. I do want to note that you can make files "online-only" so they still live on Dropbox without taking up space on my local drive, which is extremely great, however it doesn't change the fact that I will run out of Dropbox storage eventually. This might not be an issue for the average person, but I work with large amounts of large files so it is.

File backup, file access, file sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox has a seamless experience on access data across multiple platforms. I've been using it for 10 plus years and generally have no issues using multiple OS, devices, etc. The local storage feature allows for access without internet which is very handy while traveling.
While I may use other services for mass storage, for my critical business and personal documents, I've stayed with Dropbox for ease of access and privacy.

The price is too high for mass storage of non critical data.

Tracking and storing critical documents across multiple platforms
Dropbox makes collaboration and file sharing effortless!
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox easily integrates on all of our devices, even on the desktops of our Macs. We love the convenience of sharing a link or sharing a folder, plus the robust collaboration tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dropbox did have some integration issues with MacOS recently that caused some difficulties, but they have mostly been resolved to the best of our knowledge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By combining cloud storage with collaboration tools, Dropbox solves our two biggest problems: File security and Collaboration.
Great for having files across devices

In my line of work, I use multiple different devices and having the ease of uploading a document in one place and having it show up everywhere is just awesome

The UI sometimes feels very outdated and lacks advanced features

Being able to share pdfs for review across teams immediately
