Love Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
It's super convenient. I can connect to it from my multiple devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. It is perfectly great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a graphic designer and we often have to share files, many of which are too large to send through email. Dropbox makes it great to just drop a file and share a link through email.

Great way to organize and exchange data for a multitude of projects or other reasons
What do you dislike about the product?
The main dislike is the expirations on Links.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benifit to Dropbox is to echange larger files or sets of files to multiple people at one time.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Dropbox makes it easy to send large files, and I love getting the notification when what I have sent has been opened or downloaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything I dislike about Dropbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to send files via email because they are too large. It also makes it easy to keep feedback and conversations about files with the files and not somewhere in Outlook.
Dropbox is affordable and has great features!

What I like most about Dropbox is the ability to keep all my files organized and request files from clients.

The screen recording feature glitches sometimes.

Dropbox allows me to keep all my client content organized, and it is easy to let clients upload their files from a computer or mobile.
Easy to Use and Integrates Well
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, and it integrates well with my file manager system

I hit the max limitation often and have to delete or move around files

Repetitive sharing of multiple and large files
Dropbox is great for a backup tool!

I love being able to instantly backup photos and video from my phone.

Sometimes the interface feels clunky and hard to find things.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Dropbox is that it syncs extremely fast and can open AI (illustrator) files on the phone. Going back to the previous version is quite long and useful, but I, the designer, may accidentally save the wrong file while working. I can use my phone to send a link to the print file I need to design to everyone when I go out.

Dropbox's price is quite high, I hope it is lower

Customer service is great and they resolve all questions
Dropbox is easy and intuitive and a trustworthy document storage platform widely used.

The new feature with a short video you can record and send to clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing if you send a link to someone who has never used Dropbox and thinks they have to sign up to use Dropbox.

It's solving the issue for document storage and collaboration with clients and prospects.
Battery draining obnoxious
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of usage. It does have a streamline way of using it.

Constant battery drain and asking for permissions.
